Research On The Cultivation Of Craftsmanship Spirit Of Higher Vocational College Students In The New Era

In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,it was proposed that"building a large army of knowledge-based,skilled and innovative workers,carrying forward the spirit of model workers and craftsmen,and creating a glorious social fashion of labor and a spirit of dedication to excellence".In the context of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the spirit of craftsmen has been endowed with new epochal significance,which has a profound impact on the cultivation of national craftsmen and personal career development,and plays an important role in surpassing the alienated labor prevalent in the real society.As the cradle of the future craftsmen of our country,higher vocational colleges need to use craftsmanship spirit to guide students to constrmct reasonable career planning,absorb wisdom and strength with rigorous professional attitude,and temper perseverance moral quality in learning practice,so as to forge excellent professional skills and build the most solid foundation for students to achieve outstanding and innovative career ideal.The ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges not only bears the epochal task of spreading ideas,spreading truth and shaping souls,but also bears the important mission of training qualified successors for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Integrating the spirit of craftsmen into the daily ideological and political education of college students in higher vocational colleges is an impotrtant link to solve the fundamental educational problem of "who to train,how to train and who to train".Only by strengthening the cultivation of the spirit of craftsmen in the process of daily education,can students set up rigorous dedication,excellence and pursuit in the general environment of alienated labor.Excellent craftsmanship,thus shouldering the responsibility entrusted to them by the construction of new era Chinese characteristic doctrine.This topic from the perspective of Ideological and political education,based on the historical development of craftsmanship in China and the West,through a questionnaire survey in five Vocational Colleges in Shaanxi Province,specifically analyzes the current situation and causes of the craftsmanship spirit of Vocational College students,and puts forward the cultivation path of craftsmanship spirit of vocational college students from multiple perspectives.This paper is divided into three parts,the specific ideas are as follows:The first part,the interpretation of the basic content of the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of college students in the new era,including the theoretical origin of the concept of Chinese and Western craftsmanship spirit,the theoretical premise of the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit and the realistic requirements under the new era background.The second part is a survey of the artisan spirit of College students.Through questionnaires to conduct in-depth research,we found problems in the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of College students,and provided the basic basis for the authenticity of the problem.The third part is the analysis of multi-perspective countermeasures.In view of the actual situation of the investigation,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in Higher Vocational Colleges from various perspectives.
