Research On The Teaching Idea And Teaching Effect Of Chinese Women's Professional Basketball Coaches(WCBA)

The competition among the teams in the professional basketball league,in essence,it is the competition of the coaches' teaching level.And whether the concept of teaching is scientific and accurate,it fundamentally determines the level of the coach's teaching.Deeply understanding and accurately grasping the teaching idea and teaching effect of Chinese women's professional basketball coaches,it is a very valuable research topic.This study adopts literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,to investigate the 12 coaches of the 2016-2017 teams in the Chinese women's Basketball League.From the selection and training idea of the players,the organization and arrangement of the training,the control of the competition and the idea of the immediate command,the management idea of the team and so on,understands the present situation of the teaching idea of Chinese women's professional basketball coaches,analysis of its teaching effect,to help them solve the problems and shortcomings of their own teaching ideas,promote their own better development and improve the level of teaching.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.In the formation of the team,the professional coach of Chinese women's basketball is adhering to the concept of integrating with the international,based on national conditions and regional characteristics,building rather than buying.The idea of selecting material is highly concentrated.It does not pay attention to the assessment of players' intelligence,psychological quality and achievement motivation,the staffing of the players in different positions,the main force and the substitute players are also more unified.2.In the training of the team,coaches are backward in physical training,technical training basically follows the concept of actual combat.There are great differences in tactical ideas,most of them are fixed tactics around the team.Clarify tactical ideas,and set up 5~6 basic tactics to match them well.The psychological quality training has always adhered to the concept of "penetration".3.In the field of competition command,take the lead and keep a steady pace to keep the lead,do a good job of defense,try not to adjust the staff as far as possible.When you are backward,you need to be more confident,stabilize the player's mind,improve the rhythm and speed of attack and defense,adjust the technical and tactical arrangements,strengthen the offensive and secure the defense.When it comes to a strong team and a balance of strength,to enhance the confidence of the players,unity of thought,clear tactical deployment;When encountered on the player team,strengthen ideological work,you can't relax in mind.4.In the management of the team,chinese women's professional basketball coaches have a wide range of management ideas.It is mainly the concept of "people-oriented" and "two mechanism concepts"(competition mechanism and incentive mechanism),and the concept of the Three Guarantees(the ideological work as the guarantee,with strict management and the construction of the style of work as the guarantee).5.From the effect of the coach's teaching effect,in the team,the concept of material selection and the implementation of the team concept are better,but the effect of the team concept is not ideal.In training,the concept of technical and tactical training and the concept of psychological training are well implemented,but the level of physical training is low.In the direction of command,the contrast,when the team met the leading concept of the implementation of the low degree of satisfaction with the command;in the field of management,the implementation of the management concept is better.
