Research On The Application Of Offensive Techniques Of The Top Eight Basketball Teams In The First National Basketball League Of Colleges And Universities Of Physical Education

With the rapid development of basketball in colleges and universities,the National Basketball League of physical Education Colleges provides a platform for sports colleges to compete and learn from each other with the new competition system and concept.By the leaders of sports colleges,coaches and athletes attached great importance.It has greatly promoted the improvement of basketball training level and the exploration of talent training model in Chinese sports colleges.Offensive technology is the embodiment of the offensive ability of a team.It is the key for the team to win the match whether the offensive technology can be reasonably connected to organize the effective attack or not.Therefore,this article starts from the aim of the National Basketball League of physical Education Colleges,"bring into play the advantages of sports colleges and train high-level basketball talents".By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,video observation,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,this paper investigates and analyzes the application of offensive techniques in the first National Basketball League Women's Basketball team in the first National physical Education College.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.In the first National Basketball Association of physical Education,the women's basketball teams have little difference in height and weight,mainly in the age structure of the team and the level of athletes.In terms of shooting technique,the percentage of 2-point scoring is high,the percentage of free-throw shooting is high,the shooting rate of 3-point shot is low,the main way of shooting is to catch the ball in situ,and the use of low-hand shooting in moving shooting is more;Passing the ball mainly in front of the chest pass,the number of assists is more;The dribbling way is various,mostly used is the way of body forward change,among which,the women basketball team members have poor balanced dribbling ability of strong and weak side hand;The number of breakthroughs is more,mainly using the same step breakthrough in situ,after the breakthrough to the end of the shooting and break the ball more mistakes;The effective ball free movement times are less,the ability of using the ball free space cutting and getting rid of the technology to form the score is not strong;The sense of attacking rebounds is strong,and the main way is to compete.2.The factors affecting the use of offensive techniques of women basketball players are:Women basketball players' physical conditions,their own skills,physical and psychological factors,as well as coaches and the defense to the other side.3.At the end of this paper,the author puts forward the corresponding measures toimprove the use of offensive techniques of women basketball players,establishing cooperation with relevant schools to improve the quantity and quality of women basketball players' selection;Strengthening the basic technical training of women basketball players,basketball special physical training;Improving the psychological quality of women basketball players;Strengthening the continuous learning of coaches,strives to improve the level of professional quality;Promoting the exchange between sports colleges and universities,accumulating competition experience,and promotes the improvement of the overall level of the women's basketball team.
