With the rapid development of society,the rapid progress of science and technology and life rhythm speeding up,more and more the phenomenon of looking down,more and more the number of "phubber",the neck and shoulder problems also take more and more attention by all of us.Purpose: The purpose of this research is study out a intervention plan that can improve neck and shoulder muscle imbalances of college students "phubber" effectively through the experimental,the plan that the operation is simple,exercise convenient,easy to learn and not restricted by time and place.Methods: This research object are female college students who are the students of capital university of physical education and sports and the surrounding school not major in sports,44 female college students with the neck and shoulder problems caused by looking down at long time was determined by the evaluation and selection.The 44 subjects were randomly allocated to the experimental group and the control group,with 22 subjects in each group.The control group did not do any intervention and maintain daily life;In the experimental group,the tense muscles of the neck and shoulders with massage and PNF drafting,the weak muscles of the neck and shoulders with resistance training.The experimental intervention was carried out for 8 weeks,3 times a week,every part of every time in 3groups of 6,50 to 60 minutes of treatment for each person every time.The pain scores of visual analog scale(VAS),forward head angle and forward shoulder angle,neck active ROM and muscle quality of the upper Trapezius were tested in all subjects before and after the experiment.Results:(1)Before the experiment,the indexes such as the pain scores,forward head angle and forward shoulder angle,the neck angles of flexion,extension,left and right flexion,left and right rotation,muscle tension and elasticity and stiffness of the left and right side on the upper Tapezius of the control group and experimental group were no significant differences(P>0.05).(2)The test results subjective pain show: the pain scores of the control group increased after the experiment(p<0.01);the pain scores of the experimental group decreased significantly after the intervention(p<0.01);the pain scores in the experimental group have significant change than the control group after the experiment(p< 0.05).(3)The test results of neck and shoulder static posture indexes show: forward head angle of the control group increased significantly after the experiment(p<0.05),forward shoulder angle of the control group had no significant difference after the experiment(p>0.05);forward head angle and forward shoulder angle of the experimental groupdecreased significantly after the experiment(p>0.05);forward head angle and forward shoulder angle of the experimental group have significant change than the control group after the experiment(p< 0.05).(4)The test results of neck active ROM showed:after the experiment,the neck angles of flexion,extension and left rotation of the control group had no significant difference(p>0.05),angles of left and right flexion of the control group decreased significantly(p<0.05),right rotation angle of the control group decreased significantly too(p<0.01);after the experiment,the neck angles of flexion,extension,left rotation and right rotation of the experimental group increased significantly(p<0.05),the neck angles of left and right flexion of the experimental group had no significant change(p>0.05);ROM of all directions of the neck of the experimental group have significant change than the control group after the experiment(p< 0.05).(5)The test results of the muscle quality of the upper Trapeziusthe show: after the experiment,muscle tension and elasticity and stiffness on the left upper Tapezius and elasticity and stiffness on the right upper Tapezius of the control group had no significant differences(p>0.05),muscle tension on the right upper Tapezius of the control group increased significantly(p<0.05);after the experiment,muscle tension and stiffness on the left upper Tapezius and muscle tension and stiffness on the right upper Tapezius of the experimental group decreased significantly(p<0.01),and the elasticity of the experimental group improved significantly on both sides(p<0.05);muscle tension and hardness and elasticity on the left and right upper Tapezius of the experimental group have significant change than the control group after the experimental(p< 0.05).Conclusion: The intervention plan of massage and PNF drafting combined with resistance training can decrease the subjective pain of female college students “phubber”;can reduce forward head angle and forward shoulder angle and correct the bad posture of the neck and shoulder of the female college students;can increase the ROM that the neck angles of flexion,extension,left rotation and right rotation of female college students “phubber”;can decrease the muscle tension and hardness of the upper Trapezius and improve the elasticity of the upper Trapezius.
