The Kinematic Analysis About Throwing Technique Of Domestic Female Elite Hammer Thrower

Objective: Women's hammer throw in China rapid development projects,has become one of the advantages of track and field project in our country.This article selects the three women hammer throw athletes kinematic analysis techniques,including Zhang Wenxiu,Shang Ningyu,Xu Xinying.Zhang Wenxiu is not only the items of women's hammer throw in China,is the world's top women's hammer throw athletes.Shang Ningyu,Xu Xinying is women's hammer throw project of new generation power in our country.For three excellent athletes throwing technology for further quantitative analysis,to reveal women's hammer throw athletes in our country about the kinematics characteristics of technical action,found the gap and disadvantages,so that they learn from each other,complement each other,develop,improve and perfect the hammer throw technology,keep advantage items of women's hammer throw in China.Methods: This article mainly adopts the scene shooting method and 3 d video analytic method,through high-speed cameras to three-dimensional point fixed-focus shooting game,shooting images using quantitative analysis system of APAS,and sports biomechanics of relative speed,time,flight path,Angle parameter,and the statistical analysis.Results: 1,Zhang Wenxiu rotating stage total time of 2.00 seconds,Shang Ningyu in2.45 seconds,Xu Xinying for 1.66 seconds.Zhang Wenxiu single support total time of1.09 seconds,double support the total time of 0.91 seconds.Shang Ningyu,Xu Xinying single support total time is respectively 1.08 and 0.89 seconds,double support total time is respectively 1.37 and 0.80 seconds.2,Zhang Wenxiu pendulum instrument speed 13.86m/s,revolving stage speed to 28 meters/seconds,speed of 31.47 m/s.Shang Ningyu preset stage equipment speed 12.17 m/s,phase rotation speed of 21.37 m/s,speed of 25.11 m/s.Xu Xinying preliminary stage equipment speed 13.53 m/s,phase rotation speed of 21.45m/s,speed of 25.50 m/s.3,Zhang Wenxiu,Shang Ningyu and sell Xu Xinying moment body Angle 110°,107°and 107° respectively.4,Zhang wenxiu revolving stage equipment running track is 58.98 meters,the last phase of the equipment running track is7.84 meters.Shang Ningyu rotating stage equipment running total trajectory is 47.75 meters,the last phase of the equipment running track is 7.39 meters.Xu Xinying rotating stage equipment running total trajectory is 43.37 meters,the last phase of the equipment running track is 8.48 meters.Conclusion:1,Shang Ningyu,Xu Xinying place time slightly long compared withZhang Wenxiu,instrument small velocity increment,to a certain extent,increased rotation phase instrument accelerated stress,affect the completion of action on athletes effect;2,Shang Ningyu takes longer than Zhang Wenxiu,Xu Xinying rotating stage,rotating the rhythm is not obvious,and the problems of slow.Single,double support three players unavailable distribution are not reasonable,Zhang Wenxiu,Xu Xinying rotation single support time significantly longer than the double support time,do not tally with the hammer time distribution law of single and double support;3,three players aobvious continues to accelerate the problem of poor ability of instrument,the Shang Ningyu single support phase instrument to slow down significantly,instrument control needs to be improved.Zhang Wenxiu,Xu Xinying single support phase exist instrument acceleration,Zhang Wenxiu forced acceleration is obvious;4,Shang Ningyu,short Xu Xinying orbit,and rotate with the length,instrument accelerating ability is poor;5,early in the final stage,resulting in shorter time,short path,the instrument of a smaller increment sell resulting in low speed is the main problems of the last stage.Although Zhang Wenxiu to speed is relatively large,but its still need to maintain a high rate to at the same time,improve technical force;6,to moment of knee Angle,hip Angle of lower limbs stretching is sufficient,but the trunk Angle is bigger,a trunk decrease caused by backward equipment orbit,impact speed.
