Kinematics Analysis Of The Throwing Techniques Of Zong Dan,An Elite Chinese Female Hammer Player

Women’s hammer throw has always been one of the dominant events in track and field in China,but with the retirement of our outstanding women hammer thrower Zhang Wenxiu,At present,only two Chinese women hammer throw athletes can enter the world’s top eight.Among the numerous women hammer throwers in our country,Zong Dan’s throwing technique has been stable for the last two years,and his sports performance is also in the stage of gradual rise.Therefore,the throwing technique of our women hammer thrower Zong Dan is analyzed and diagnosed,it is to improve the performance of our female hammer thrower Zong Dan,and to provide a strong scientific basis for the improvement of our female hammer thrower’s throwing performance and the development of throwing technique,it provides the data reference for the future scientific research of Women Hammer and the daily training of coaches and athletes.In this paper,Chinese women hammer thrower Zong Dan on March 25,2019 in Beijing University of sport throwing field for the spring test of the best results for analysis and research.By using two Z CAM E1 cameras(one at the front and one at the right side of the cage),with a height of 1.2 m,a distance of 5 m and a frequency of 120 HZ,the two machines shoot simultaneously,The video recording analysis system of the Biomechanics Laboratory in Beijing Sport University is used to analyze the relevant kinematic parameters of the taken video of throwing technology,The kinematic data parameters needed in this paper are obtained,The kinematic data parameters needed in this paper are obtained.This paper draws the following conclusions from the analysis of the specific data parameters:(1)The technical performance in the pre-swinging stage of Zong Dan’s throwing process was reasonable,the good arm length made the rotation radius produced by the instrument during the rotating process have obvious advantages,and the angle of the left knee angle as a whole performed reasonably,generally speaking,the technical movement in the throwing process does not have the big fluctuation,the instrument movement is smooth stable;(2)Zongdan in the overall rotation speed and action time on the poor performance,the impact of the final force when the release speed;(3)Shoulder-hip Angle and shoulder-chain angle are too big when the right foot is off the ground,which will affect the rhythm of rotation and the posture of body exertion when the last two laps and the last exertion.Suggestions:(1)In the future,we should strengthen the training of specific ability and improve the speed of rotation,so that we can do the acceleration of lower limbs better under the good radius of rotation;(2)Attention should be paid to the proper allocation of the time of the single support and the double support in the rotation stage.The acceleration ability of the double support stage is the main one,the force effect of the double support is fully applied to the running track of the Hammer.
