CNC machining center is an indispensable equipment for the manufacturing of electromechanical integration,and the cost of operation training is high.The teaching simulation system of intelligent processing center integrates numerical control simulation,physical processing and teaching training,so that the students of the nc industry can program and operate comprehensively,with high efficiency and low cost.This topic is based on LinuxCNC control system and Web terminal server,and designs and realizes the intelligent machining center teaching simulation system.This paper first introduces the importance of numerical control technology in advanced manufacturing industry.In the industrial age 4.0,requires a lot of numerical control talented person,many deficiencies and existing nc learning way,combining numerical control technology and Internet technology,safe,efficient and comprehensive training of CNC talents.Analysis system functional requirements include: numerical control simulation,physical processing,teaching training and talent assessment.Then design the overall architecture of the system,build the client and server development and operating environment,and finally implement the modularization implementation.This topic teaching simulation system of intelligent machining center by the nc simulation system in the Linux operating system and Web server in the teaching system of two parts,using MySQL database for data storage and interaction.The numerical control simulation system includes simulation manager,nc simulation software and user data acquisition and processing module.The simulation manager is used to record user login information and provide users with different numerical control simulation software interfaces.Nc simulation software simulation and the real function,the control layer to students after the operation of the data acquisition coding processing transmission to the database,teaching system back-end to extract the user data,display operation assessment information.The numerical control simulation system includes mitsubishi,Fanuc model nc machine tool simulation software,and designs a graphical user interface through Glade2 to simulate the physical machine tool operation panel.Python is used to write user layer control logic,including motion control,parameter adjustment,action response,abnormal error reporting and other modules.The evaluation function is realized by matching the user operation signal encoding with the standard operation code.The simulation software can not only simulate pure software,but also can be connected with hardware object processing,and the applicability is strong.The teaching system is implemented as a Web site,with Laravel5.4 back-end architecture,Bootstrap and Vue2 front-end layout.It is divided into three modules: experimental assessment,course learning and technical article.The test module is used to display the user's operation score and to resolve the process of coding string reduction.The course learning module is a platform for users to publish courses,upload text,video,attachments and other teaching resources.Users post technical notes in the technical article sharing module to discuss technical issues.
