In recent years,Inner Mongolia normal University women basketball team can get good results in the qualifying match,and also can achieve good results in district competitions,but it is very difficult to make a new breakthrough after entering the stage of the national top 24.Therefore,this paper will find out the advantages and gaps in the ability of attack and defense by comparing the technical statistics and the video of the 18 th CUBA match between the women's basketball team of normal University and the opponents.At the same time,SPSS software is used to analyze the attack and defense ability of Inner Mongolia normal University and its opponents in the top 24.It will provide theoretical basis and data reference for improving the quality of training and ensuring the stability of sports performance in the future.At the same time,This paper hopes to analyze the situation of Inner Mongolia normal University,and provide horizontal comparative data for the autonomous region and other provinces in the northwest race area to strengthen the construction of the team,and to improve the level of their own team to provide the basis.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.From the point of view of the ability of the players in each position,IMNU has the characteristics of strong forward,weak center,and a lone guard.Lack of high level enrollment qualifications leads to the lack of high quality students in IMNU,the difference of players' level is great,and they rely too much on the play of four main players in the competition.2.The attacking tactics of IMNU can give play to the players' characteristics and position advantages,but there are still some shortcomings such as relying too much on the forward player.What is more,the tactics is simple,and attack points is single;The defensive tactics of IMNU are conventional and easy to learn,but lack of innovation and pertinence.3.In the aspect of offensive and defensive conversion,the attack rhythm of IMNU women basketball team is relatively slow,and the number of shots,fast break and offensive and defensive conversion is less.4.In the shooting rate,the 2-point shooting rate of IMNU women's basketball is not good,the 3-point shooting rate is fair,the overall shooting rate is in the upstream level of the northwest match area.But in the face of the opponents in the final 24,there are significant differences between the two-point shooting rate and the three-point shooting rate of Wuhan University of Science and Technology,Tsinghua University,Central South University and Inner Mongolia normal University.It reflects that there are many problems in IMNU,such as less experience of players and coaches in national competitions,no guarantee of training time,great academic pressure,unscientific training arrangements and few players rotated.5.In the aspect of assists and turnovers,the female basketball team of IMNU is not performing well,and the ratio of assists to turnovers is still high.On the turnover index,there is a significant difference between IMNU and Qinghai normal University,and the mean value difference can reach 7.6.There was a significant difference between the index of assists and that of Central South University.The mean difference was 9.6 times.It shows that the team organization ability is not enough,the tactical execution ability is not strong,and the attack is too dependent on the individual.6,In the backboard aspect,the IMNU women basketball team has the certain superiority,the guard's tall stature and the center forward's sturdy body board enables it to obtain the backboard easily.There were significant differences between IMNU women's basketball team and Western Engineering University and Western Traffic University on defensive rebounding in the Northwest area competition,P values were 0.031 and 0.021,respectively,and the average difference was positive.It shows that the defensive rebounds of IMNU are obviously better than these two teams.7.Due to the lack of the advantage of physical confrontation and the judgment of the ball landing point,NIMNU has poor performance on the two indexes of blocking and steals.In the national top 24 competitions,there is a significant difference between IMNU and VUST.VUST can block more shots 2.4 times than IMNU.There is a significant difference between the stealthiness index and that of P(0.045)and P0.025 of Xiamen Polytechnic University.Based on the conclusions,the following recommendations are put forward:1.To improve the level of the team should be started from the talent,the first task should be to increase the enrollment intensity,to do a good job of enrollment publicity,to formulate a reasonable and strict selection plan,to recruit high quality,high starting point athletes.2.We should improve the tactical accomplishment of the players,strengthen the tactical consciousness of the cooperative operations,strengthen the attacking ability of the guards and the center forward players,and enrich the team's attacking options.Strengthen the defensive cooperation,pay attention to the training of basic defensive skills,standardize the defensive technical movements,improve the defensive consciousness,so that the defensive tactics should be variable and comprehensive.3.To strengthen the players' ability to control the rhythm of the match,and to change the attacking and defending speed of the match to the favorable direction for the team.Strengthen the practice of fast break,appropriate increase in the team in the game of offensive and defensive conversion times.4.To establish a perfect coach salary system and a scientific training management system,we should set up a year-round training plan and pay attention to the gradual and orderly training contents.In view of the problem of low hit rate of the two-point ball at this stage,we should strengthen the mid-range shooting training.To increase physical training to ensure that athletes
