| CUBA is a well-known national college basketball league,which is held once a year.Fierce antagonism and good will are the outstanding characteristics of the National College Basketball League.This study uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,comparative analysis method,case analysis method and other research methods,using 192 high-level athletes and 16 high-level athletes from the top 16 teams of the 22nd CUBA.Level coaches are the subjects of questionnaire surveys or interviews,with 10 sports experts as the subjects of interviews and consultations.the 22nd CUBA Sixteenth A comparative analysis of the strong teams.A total of 192 questionnaires were issued in this survey,and 192 were recovered,of which 190 were valid questionnaires,with an effective rate of 98.95%.After statistical analysis,supplemented by interviews with expert coaches and athletes,opinions and suggestions are summarized.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)Athlete factors and coach factors are the key factors affecting rankingsThe factors that affect the results of the 22nd Cuba top 16 women’s basketball team can be summarized into four aspects: school,society,coach and athlete.Among them,the latter two factors are the key factors affecting the results of women’s basketball competition in Colleges and universities.(2)Analysis of the degree of correlation among various factorsPearson correlation analysis shows that the order of influence is: Coach factor,athlete factor,school factor and social factor.Through multiple regression analysis,it is found that there is no collinearity among the four factors of school,society,coaches and athletes.In addition,from the standardization system,it can be seen that the four factors of school,society,coaches and athletes have a very obvious positive correlation with the competition results.(3)Key indicators in the athlete factorThe key indicators of athlete factors(that is,the indicators that differentiate the top eight and the bottom eight)are in order: technical ability,psychological quality,source of athletes,sports level,physical fitness,training attitude,and training years,And it is the age of the athletes that did not have a significant impact on the results of the women’s basketball team of the 22nd CUBA Top 16 teams.(4)Key indicators in the coach factorThe key indicators of coaching factors(that is,the most differentiated indicators between the top eight and the bottom eight)are,in order,training ability,coaching years,team leadership atmosphere,professionalism,and coaching team structure.It is sports experience that did not have a significant impact on the results of the top 16 women’s basketball teams in the 22nd CUBA.Based on the conclusion,the following suggestions are made:(1)Pay attention to the influence of coach factors and athlete factorsWe should focus on narrowing the gap between the coach factor and the athlete factor,and distinguish other factors,which are the core factors affecting sports performance.(2)Do a good job of factor classification,and strengthen the performance to distinguish the primary and secondaryIt is suggested that colleges and universities should classify the existing adjustable factors according to the factor classification scheme of this study and the development status of their own teams,and increase the investment of resources in the weaker aspects.By carrying out scientific and effective training to improve the training effect,teams with different rankings can organize cross training to communicate with each other,or hold regular exchange competitions to sum up experience and draw lessons.(3)Key points for improving athletes’ factors: strengthen technical training and improve athletes’ mental abilitiesIn the 22nd Cuba top 16 women’s basketball match,the players’ technical and tactical level has a great influence on the competition results.It is suggested that the team should pay more attention to the technical and tactical level in the usual training.On the other hand,coaches should not ignore the psychological training.They should take the psychological training content as an important part of the overall training,strengthen the psychological simulation practice,so as to effectively improve the athletes’ psychological adjustment ability and anti-interference ability.(4)The focus of the improvement of the coaching factor: strengthening the training ability and adjusting the internal atmosphereFirst of all,improve the coaches’ knowledge reserve,increase the opportunities for coaches to go out to learn,and promote the upgrading of coaches’ training methods,so as to increase the coaches’ training ability;Secondly,coaches need to communicate with team members frequently to improve the team atmosphere;We can also make full use of introducing excellent coaches,employing retired professional athletes as coaches and other forms to enrich the coach team. |
