Research On The Characteristics Of Techrnique And Tactics In Zhao Shuai's Excellent Taekwondo Athletes In China

Zhao Shuai man taekwondo in China's first Olympic championship athlete,broke the men's taekwondo and gold medal in the Olympics for the embarrassing situation in our country,for encouraging the confidence of the men's taekwondo athletes in our country has extremely important significance.There is no doubt that zhao's success is inseparable from the reasonable and effective use of skills and tactics in the competition.This article through to Zhao Shuai nearly three years technique application situation carries on the analysis of competition at home and abroad,summarizes the characteristics of the tactics used,thus to guide of men's tactics for the taekwondo athletes training in our country,and promote the rapid increase of the overall level of the tae kwon do movement.This article USES the literature material law,video watching and mathematical statistics,logic analysis,with Chinese elite male taekwondo athletes Zhao Shuai technique using characteristic as the research object of four and six games(domestic).This paper analyzes the characteristics of various techniques and tactics used in these ten games,and draws the following conclusions:(1)dominant technology.The most frequently used technical action in the ten games of zhao shuai is the horizontal kick,side kick,double kick and lower chop.This is also the advantage technology with high use of zhao shuai,the technical leg method with the most score,the three kinds of leg laws are mainly basic technology,and it is the practical technology with the center of score.(2)how to take the initiative to attack tactics and tactics is given priority to,from the surface analysis belong to more initiative,more than in the tactics to force induced,false action is given priority to,make the opponent mistakes or flaw,to use tactical transformation to hit each other,it can be seen that the use of tactics is flexible.(3)strong ability to control and control conversion.In the use of tactics,it is not enough to be comprehensive,but it is more important to seize the right time to use the tactics,and use the reasonable technology to achieve the purpose of tactical use.Zhao is very outstanding in this aspect,can grasp the time in the match time to convert attack and defense technology in time to win the competition.(4)accurate judgment and quick speed.The first thing in the game is the timing of the taekwondo athletes,and then they react quickly,which is the key to winning the game.And it is good to use the punch score,the speed of punching,the timing is better.
