ordinary universitycampus sports culture is an important part of the campus culture andbearing the responsibility and the ability to enhance the comprehensive cultural quality of college students in China,whichhas a particularly important roleincultivation of the world outlook,values and outlook on life.Campus sports culture is a very important part of campus culture,which has an irreplaceable role in the physical and mental development of college students.At present,the sports teaching in Colleges and universities is still in the basic stage,in this stage,the university students can only get the basic exercise,it is difficult to give attention to physical and mental development.since its launch in 1998,CUBA has been gradually popular throughout the country,to become college students in our country is one of the favorite sports events,CUBA's establishment is not only conducive to the promotion of basketball sports in Colleges and universities,improve the level of basketball in China,the construction of campus sports culture in Colleges and Universities,with very important significance.The basketball development of WHUT is well,especially WHUT men's basketball team is the traditional strong teams,after many years of training and honed,it has gradually become a distinctive team andhas been got proud achievements in various competitionsTherefore,this paper takes WHUT's teachers and students as the research object,through a rigorous investigation to explore the development of CUBA,to explore the basic situation of campus sports culture in Colleges and universities,analyzethe influence of CUBA on the development of physical culture in Colleges and universities of our country,analysis of the main problems existing in our campus sports culture development process,and on this basis to explore how to through the development of the CUBA League as the carrier to promote the construction of campus sports culture in Colleges and universities main ideas and suggestions.This paper adopts the Dissertation literature review,logical analysis,interviews and questionnairescarried out relevant research.By using the methods of literature review,summarized domestic status of foreign university student basketball league,campus sports culture and college sports leagues of college sports culture related literature,the research lay a good foundation.Byusing the logical analysis,deeply analyzethe collected information about the theory of campus culture and sum up the profound connotation of the campus sports culture.By using the method of depth interview,the questionnaire is adjusted and amended to ensure the content validity of the questionnaire.Finally,take the questionnaire survey method,conduct extensive research,and thus get a lot of practical understanding.The innovation of this paper is to get rid of the traditional businesslike and simple deductive path,both quantitative research methods such as questionnaires and qualitative research such as expert interviews are adopted.Through comprehensive research method to explore the influence of Cuba on ordinary college basketball culture helps to enrich the field of theoretical research results and provide a case for the construction of university campus sports culture atmosphere.
