| In this paper,according to investigation of the CUBA Sunshine Group Jiangsu Basketball Team and the relevant factors of the tournament,the author aims to provide the scientific basis and reference for the Jiangsu university basketball team and relevant management departments to boost the level improvement of CUBA Sunshine Group Basketball League tournament,and then to help raise the competitive ability of CUBA Sunshine Group Jiangsu Basketball Team to promote the sustainable development of these teams.Meanwhile,this research is capable of accelerating the brand establishment and development of campus basketball culture,thus shaping the noble character of students.This paper adopts the research methods of literature review,interviews,survey,and statistics analysis,and makes the influences of campus sports culture on the status quo of CUBA Sunshine Group Jiangsu Basketball Team as the main research object,then systematically analyzes and studies the coaches,athletes,tournament referees,tournament management rules and regulations,campus sports culture,site facilities and funds of the CUBA Sunshine Group Jiangsu Racing Men's Basketball Team,finally draws some conclusions and suggestions on the basis of mentioned investigation and analysis.The results reveal that:1.Most universities have a relatively sound management system and obvious team objectives.2.University coaches are mostly young with less experience and part-time staff as well,while they are indispensible to teaching and administrative tasks with less opportunity for out-training.But these coaches hold high education degree and grasp the law of basketball basically.3.All athletes of CUBA Sunshine Group Jiangsu Basketball Team are non-professional athletes of different universities that have a certain basketball foundation,but far from the level of professional athletes.In addition,the level between each team members owns large disparity,their motivations of participating in this tournament are their ardently love to basketball as well as doing physical exercise and enriching after-school lives.4.In respect of competition referees,many of them come from physical major so that they basically understand the rules of basketball and have a certain basis for the ruling.But they rarely participate in the high level competition and lack of referee experience.5.For CUBA Jiangsu Division Basketball League,its rules and regulations are consistent with the rules of Chinese University Basketball League CUBA sun group launched by Chinese University Students Sports Association,the contracting and election system of this tournament shall be formulated by each provinces,municipalities and special administrative regions,and shall be rationally selected according to local conditions.However,there are too many departments and participants that resulting in the low efficiency of relevant departments to host the event.6.CUBA Sunshine Group Jiangsu Division Men's Basketball League held a positive role in promoting the campus sports culture,improving the enthusiasm of university students' participation,enriching their campus life,and thus promoting the construction of colorful campus culture.But there are also various deficiencies:since the tournament was established late,its influence is limited;the development of the tournament in each region is not coordinated.7.In terms of Infrastructure,facilities and venues of Jiangsu university basketball are relatively complete to meet the daily needs of the team.Funding is relatively adequate that can effectively promote the development of the team.But there are still serious problems in individual schools.The above factors will affect the development of the entire league,thus weaken the enthusiasm of teachers and students'participating,and finally become obstacles to the development of campus basketball culture. |
