Study On The Present Situation And Cultivation Of Female College Students In Qingdao University

In 2006,National President Hu Jintao proposed the socialist concept of honor and disgrace of “Eight Honors and Eight Disgraces”.In the past decade or so,the education of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace has made remarkable progress.In 2017,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee issued the "Opinions on the Implementation of the Inheritance and Development Project of the Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture." The main content mentioned: "Chinese fine traditional culture contains rich moral concepts and norms,such as filial piety,honesty,and shame." In 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed in the report of the 19 th Party Congress that the moral values of young people determine the value orientation of the entire society in the future.The promulgation of these documents will enable the moral education of college students to enter a deeper level of development.One of the important contents of the moral education of college students is the cultivation of female students' shameful morality.It is of great significance to study the skeptical morality of female college students.Cultivation of female college students' shameful morality helps to deepen the content of moral education theory and inheriting the outstanding ingredients in the traditional Chinese shameful morality.In addition,it is conducive to female college students' improvement of their moral personality,thereby building a female consciousness of self-esteem and self-reliance.There is a certain relationship between shame and sense of shame and shameful morality.Shame is a feeling that individuals are aware of when their actions are contrary to morality.When shame meets certain social evaluation criteria,it will rise to shameful morality.Therefore,the shameful morality is a moral quality about shame.Itis based on the shame,and internalization is the moral quality of the externalization of moral beliefs into behavioral standards.The occurrence of shame is not an accident,but is caused by the joint action of conscience perception and social assessment.In addition,shameful morality has an important role to moral subjects.The functions of advocating goodness,guidance,statute,defense and motivation have important influence on the subject of moral behavior.Through the investigation of the basic issues of the shameful morality,the author summarizes the connotation of the female students' ethical shame and the meaning of the cultivating the female students' shameful morality.It provides the basis for the path of the female students' ethical cultivation.Through the investigation of the status of female students' shameful morality in the universities in Qingdao,it is found that female college students have good self-evaluation.However,some people have problems such as unclear justice and profitability,weak concept of honor,lack of awareness of rules,confusion of good and evil,lack of sense of integrity,lack of sense of dignity,pursuit of vanity and enjoyment,and imperfect love motives.Although there are many reasons for the emergence of these problems,they are mainly caused by the influence of social network environment,the lack of content and cultural construction of shame in universities,the lack of family shame and moral environment,and the lack of shame of female college students.Aiming at the above-mentioned reasons,this paper proposes the realistic path of cultivating female students' shameful morality.By optimizing the environment of shameful morality,enriching and strengthening the cultivation of content and culture of shameful morality in the university,building a new environment family shameful morality,thus enhancing the female college students' shameful morality,shaping the charm of women.In the end,cultivating female college students to become shameful,conservative and attractive in twenty-first century.
