Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students' View Of Choosing Occupation In The Era Of "Mass Entrepreneurship And Innovation"

Driven by "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",college students' view of choosing occupation is in a transforming state of destroying the old and establishing the new.In the meanwhile,many problems have exposed during the course of college students' view of choosing occupation.The major source of problems is deviation in the view of choosing occupation.This deviation in the view of choosing occupation directly decides wrong guidance of career choice for college students that is not good for full employment,realizing so-called " play one's ability to limit" and sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship.It is also bad for realizing a lively situation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.Making the policy of mass entrepreneurship and innovation as the era background,this paper investigates current situation of college students' view of choosing occupation and constructs solution from three aspects of problems,reasons and policies to draw the outline of college students' view of choosing occupation under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.The first part of this paper is the introduction that mainly elaborates background and significance and cleans up existing problems on college students' view of choosing occupation in academic circles under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.This part also clears up the research situation of countermeasure study,identifies research thinking and method and illuminates the research innovation of the paper.The second part is theoretical analysis of college students' view of choosing occupation that analyzes from three aspects of connotation,type and characteristics.It also illuminates the internal connection between view of choosing occupation and view of life,values and identifies theoretical basis of this research.The third part is the research on the current situation of college students' view of choosing occupation under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation”.This paper expounds the historical vicissitude of college student's view of choosing occupation,grasps the historical context of the development of college students' view of choosing occupation,and analyzes the positive changes of college students' view of choosing occupation and the outstanding problems under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".Therefore,we have a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of college students' view of choosing occupation.The fourth part is the analysis of the influence factors of college students' view of choosing occupation under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation ".By analyzing the results of the questionnaire,thus elicit the influence of social,school,family and college students' own factors.To be more specific,the influences of social factors mainly reflected in the agitation of the pluralistic values,the imperfectiont of personnel system and the non-standard of the job market.The influences of school education mainly reflected in the absence of education of the view of choosing occupation,the deviation of vocational ability training and the lack of employment guidance.The influences of family factors mainly reflected in the expectation of "high investment returns" job treatment and "Officialdom is the natural outlet for good scholars" job nature.The influences of self-factors are mainly reflectted in the lack of empolyment choosing awareness,the lack of self-cognition,the weak comprehensive ability and the mismatching between personnel and position,the narrowing of job choosing and the value orientation bias.The fifth part is the countermeasure to guide college students to build a scientific view of choosing occupation.Aiming at the outstanding problems,this research constructs the countermeasures from the four dimensions of society,universities,families and themselves.To be more specific,the society should participate actively,strengthen its safeguard function.The school should innovate education and play the important role in empolyment education.Families need to change their mindset and highlight their guiding role.College students should adjust themselves to make full use of their initiative and improve their employability.
