Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Private Colleges' Innovation & Entrepreneurship Education

Under the new situation,college students' innovation & entrepreneurship education is the main content of deepening the reform of the higher education system and the inevitable trend of the college education.Innovation & entrepreneurship education is a kind of education mode to enhance the comprehensive quality of talents,whose aim is to cultivate college students' innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial spirit,strengthen their ability of starting own business.As the main component and important supplement of higher education,private colleges are the important experimental areas of higher education.It is urgent to respond timely to the college students' innovation & entrepreneurship education.Private higher education has entered a new period of improving the quality and strength,the characteristics and external environment determine that innovation & entrepreneurship education will become the future development trend of private higher education.However,many private colleges have deviations in understanding and practice of innovation &entrepreneurship education,so that innovation & entrepreneurship education can not play its due role.Therefore,private colleges' innovation & entrepreneurship education needs to put forward a set of systems,which is effective and with their own characteristics.The paper studies the practice and theory of innovation & entrepreneurship education,compares and analyzes the typical experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education at home and abroad.Taking Sanjiang University as an example,combining with the investigation of innovation & entrepreneurship education in Sanjiang University and the analysis of its reasons,this paper puts forward the framework of innovation & entrepreneurship education in private colleges and from the perspective of innovation in order to improve the development level of innovation & entrepreneurship of private colleges.The framework of innovation &entrepreneurship education includes innovation & entrepreneurship education concept,curriculum design,teachers' construction,culture construction,the college-enterprise cooperation and educational evaluation.We believe the study is very significant to enhance the level of innovation & entrepreneurship development,the comprehensive quality of college students' innovation & entrepreneurship and strengthen the core competitiveness of private colleges.
