Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Logistics Personnel Training In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,with the rapid development of logistics industry in our country,there is a higher requirement for the education of logistics personnel.However,based on the author's observation and the surveys in recent years,it can be found that the current education situation of logistics personnel is not optimistic,especially the education in cultivating applied logistics talents in higher vocational college.The employers generally reflect that the quality of logistics graduates is not high and it's difficult for many graduates to have an ideal development on their major.Therefore,the research on the cultivation and the related countermeasures of logistics talents in higher vocational colleges has become the key problem to be solved and studied in higher vocational colleges with logistics specialty.Based on the related concepts and theories of logistics personnel training in higher vocational colleges,after the analysis the training objectives,teacher structure,curriculum system,practical teaching and the supply and demand for talents,it is found that the training of logistics personnel is a complex problem,which needs the good cooperation of government,schools and enterprises and the integration of training process to meet the goals and requirements of logistics personnel training.Therefore,taking the vocational and technical college in YC city as an example,based on the previous research,through the combination of questionnaire design and interviews of the graduates,employing enterprises,college students and front-line teachers,after the collection and analysis of the data according to the basic requirements of logistics personnel training,combined with the reality of logistics personnel training in YC vocational and technical college,the research program of logistics personnel training is designed and the validity and reliability of the questionnaire is analyzed through descriptive study,on this basis,the current situation of logistics personnel training in YC vocational and technical college is analyzed.Based on the analysis,it can be concluded that the main problems in the education of logistics professional students are that the goal of personnel training is not clear,the lack of double-qualified teachers and the irrational structure of teachers,the curriculum is not reasonable and the cooperation between college and enterprise has not play its proper parts.For these problems,some solutions has been proposed.For example,the practical objectives of personnel cultivation should be established,the team of teachers should be strengthened,reasonable logistics professional curriculum system based on the market demand should be built and a deep,close,a full range of university-enterprise cooperation should be established,which are hoped to provide some references.
