In recent years, school-enterprise cooperation is paid more and more attentionon schools, enterprises, governments and the whole society. Either central or local,school or business, experts or scholars in vocational education, all withoutexception school-enterprise cooperation is vital to the future vocational education.From the theoretical basis and practical activities, using the form ofschool-enterprise cooperation to cultivate high-quality skilled talents has the profoundpractical significance. Shenyang City, as the northeast old industrial city, herunique industrial structure made distinctions won for the national booming economy.Especially in the field of the equipment manufacturing industry, vocational schoolsin Shenyang also offer a wide range of majors. Mechanical manufacturing technologyis the most unique florid. So far, the research of using school-enterprise cooperationto construct personnel training mode in this major has been not touched yet.Therefore, this article attempts from the development status of machinerymanufacturing technology of Shenyang Economic Zone to analysis the situation,characteristics and needs of the present personnel training and construct a research onthe personnel training mode of school-enterprise cooperation in the major ofmachinery manufacturing technology in Shenyang.The framework of this study: the introduction mainly introduces the background,significance, research review, core concepts, research ideas and methods; Chapter Iintroduces school-enterprise cooperation training theory mode, analyzing thetheoretical basis of the research, the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation inpersonnel basic characteristics and mechanism; Chapter II mainly introduces thedevelopment situation of Shenyang machinery manufacturing professional andtechnical analysis, the talent demand job analysis and the existing mode of talenttraining situation; Chapter III mainly through the Shenyang equipment manufacturingengineering school visits, four school students and teachers on the existing mode oftalent cultivation evaluation questionnaire, the enterprise of the existing personnel training mode of evaluation. Therefore, we can acquire problems and successfulexperience. Mechanical manufacturing technology as a starting point,Chapter IV is tobuild school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training mode research, mainly fromthe theoretical framework of principles, construction (including professional traininggoal, curriculum development, the construction of practice base, double-qualityteachers, evaluation system), innovation points and security systemsThis paper mainly uses qualitative research and quantitative research, theoryresearch and practice research, case study and experience summary as researchparadigm. In research methods, by using literature method, survey method, casestudy, experience method. We will pursue theory exploration and practice on the fieldof new development.
