With the development of China's economy and science and technology,China's society is undergoing rapid changes.In the period of social transformation,each group is trying to adjust and change itself to adapt to the changes of the society and integrate into the society to develop better.The pupils belong to groups of vulnerable groups of society,according to the Freud classification of age,three to the fifth grade pupils at the turning point from adolescence to early childhood,in the sensitive period of turning important in one's life.The protection of primary school students is an important responsibility of the family,society and the state,how to resist the risk from the community,the development of a good understanding of this period is an important task,but also an important focus of society and research.The resilience is individual in the development of an important positive force,according to the research on the mental health education,the formation of "perspective" mode of school mental health education in China basically,which leads to students' psychological distortion,self abandonment and even life collapse.In recent years,more and more researchers begin to actively face attention to individual psychological development,the influence of positive psychology,psychology,social work research focus is shifting from concerns to the attention of the inherent advantages,emphasizing self transcendence in the face of pressure and frustration and the potential to stimulate.Social work intervention to promote resilience from positive psychology perspective,that there are individual advantages of resources,the author will use the Resilience Scale quantitative measurement of primary school students,were below the low resilience intervention of pupils according to the measurement results,several aspects from the external support factors of the effectiveness of individual factors,inherent advantage factors and,in the use of social work professional team work skill and idea,at the end of the event to participate in student assessment measurement,individual factor resilience has been significantly improved,small group work is an effective method to enhance the resilience of professional intervention.
