At present,the development of vocational education is widely concerned.Compared with the general higher education,vocational education pays more attention to the cultivation of technical.Students are required to have sufficient modern technical skills while mastering theoretical knowledge,Pressure and challenges follow.In addition,with the rapid development of network media,the bad temptation is complex and changeable,the negative news about the poor students in Colleges is frequent.How to improve the resilience of poor students in Colleges and help them to overcome difficulties and grow healthily deserves our attention.Our study selects poor students in Higher Vocational Colleges,through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,to understand the current situation of the resilience of poor students in J School,to analyze the factors affecting the resilience level.In practical,the author uses the group work method,under the guidance of advantage perspective and ecosystem theory,recruits 8 members to establish the "youth Voyage" resilience improvement group.Through the deconstruction of resilience,six group activities are carried out from six dimensions: self-efficacy,self acceptance,stability,problem-solving,friend support and family support.The author uses group work skills such as demonstration,listening and setting limits to cultivate mutual trust and establish good communication with the team members,so as to help guide poor students to improve their resilience in all dimensions.According to the evaluation results,the group work method is effective in improving the resilience of poor students in vocational colleges,and most of the team members are willing to accept and expect to participate in more similar activities.This study is different from the traditional aid model of poor students.It combines "poverty alleviation" with "supporting wisdom" to stimulate the inner motivation of poor students and help them get rid of poverty in spirit.It provides new ideas for education to get rid of poverty,and it is also a beneficial supplement to the practice of school social work.
