Research On Using Socialist Core Values To Educate And Guide College Students To Cultivate Morality And Talent

General Secretary Xi Jinping once mentioned that it is ultimately necessary to rely on talents in different fields and to develop their talents for country's construction,in order to achieve prosperity and strength of country.Now we are closer to achieving the grand goals of the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation than at any time in history,we are even more eager to need more talent than at any time in history.At present,as a potential talent in society,college student is an important part of the available talent in China.Therefore,cultivating college students' morality and talent is not only a concrete reflection of party's education policy,but also a realistic requirement for development in the new era.However,there are some problems in the process of cultivating college students' morality and talent,such as weakening of mainstream ideology identification in ideology,lack of moral integrity in behavior,and weak capacity of innovation and entrepreneurship and others.To solve problems existing in the process of college students' moral education and self-cultivation,it is necessary to strengthen the education of college students' socialist core values.As an important spiritual weapon for stabilizing the country,core values have strong cohesion and emotional appeal,which are conducive to helping college students strengthen their ideals and beliefs in socialism and solve some of the current ideological,behavioral,and aptitude problems.To strengthen the education of socialist core values for college students,college education and the education of socialist core values for society,families and college students should be combined,which will make up for the insufficiency of college education and comprehensively and effectively solve the college students' problems in the process of moral education and self-cultivation.In this way,college students will truly become reliable,credible and useful talents for the construction of socialist cause.This article is guided by the basic principles of Marxism,based on the existing research results,combines a large amount of literature,and then summarizes and analyzes both of them.This article carries out a multi-perspective and multi-dimensional discussion on "using socialist core values to educate and guide college students to cultivate morality and talent."This paper consists of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The text mainly elaborated scientific connotation of socialist core values,education of core socialist values and cultivating college students' morality and talent.The text discusses the importance of cultivating college students' morality and talent to development of China at the moment,discover problems in the process of cultivating college students' morality and analyze the main reasons for these problems.Finally,the leading role of socialist core values will be brought into play by strengthening the education of the socialist core values for college students.The education of socialist core values solves the problems existing in the process of cultivating college students' morality and talent and promotes college student to cultivate morality and talent.The text is divided into five parts.The first part is mainly the explanation and analysis of related concepts,including connotation explanation of the "three advocacy" of the socialist core values,comparative analysis of the socialist core values and the socialist core value system,and dissecting connotation of education of the socialist core values.Combining related concepts,standard of cultivating college students' morality and talent was concluded.The second part elaborates the importance of cultivating college students' morality and talent.It is discussed from four perspectives: Cultivating college students' morality and talent is conducive to the implementation of the party's education policy;conducive to the implementation of the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development;conducive to the smooth realization of the Chinese dream and conducive to the inheritance of good family tradition.The third part analyzes the main problems in the process of cultivating college students' morality and talent.Through analysis of literature data,it is known that status of modern college students' morality and talent is generally optimistic,but there are also some serious problems,which are manifested as: weakening of mainstream ideology identification;lack of awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship;moral integrity decline;limitation of personality development;weak social practice.The fourth part analyzes specific reasons why college students have problems in the process of cultivating morality and talent.These reasons include: permeation of western capitalist values;lagged education mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship in universities;lack of moral integrity;lack of personality education in home education;lack of social practice,etc.The fifth part discusses that using socialist core values to educate and guide college students to cultivate morality and talent is mainly manifested as follows: use socialist core values education to guide mainstream ideology of college students;establish awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,cultivate honesty and integrity;cultivate healthy personality and enhance practical ability.
