Haze is a bad consequence of human social production,which seriously threatens the health of human beings and brings a lot of inconvenience to the normal life.All walks of life have realized the severity of the haze,and take various measures to prevent more disasters,but the recovery of natural environment can not be achieved overnight.It takes a long time to solve the problem fundamentally.The period of middle school students is at the critical stage of growth.The mind is gradually becoming mature and independent of the society,and the body is also in an important period of growth and development.Although it is no longer overly dependent on the family and others,the education and training of the family and school have important guidance in the development of middle school students' body and mind.The present educational system gradually gets rid of the monotonous learning pattern in the past and pays attention to the comprehensive development of the comprehensive quality of the middle school students.In this process,the reform and improvement of the physical education is a very important link,and the physical education not only includes the theory teaching in the interior,but also the practice teaching in the outdoor.Under the influence of bad weather,the outdoor practice teaching is disturbed,especially the fog and haze weather and the lack of indoor sports venues are more influential.Therefore,the indoor sports teaching is worth deep reflection and discussion.In this paper,the present situation of indoor physical education in Taiyuan fog and haze day middle school students is studied by means of literature,interview,questionnaire,action research,mathematical statistics and so on.Thispaper analyzes the psychological status and concept of participants in every link of middle school students' physical education,investigates the physical and psychological effects of middle school students in haze weather,and probes into the models and methods of indoor teaching in haze weather and so on,so as to provide sufficient theoretical support for the better development of physical education in the future.The results showed that: 1,the haze days did affect the physical exercise of the middle school students,the physical and psychological damage to the students.2,the indoor sports venues and equipment in the middle school were not perfect,and the proportion of self-study in the long-term fog and haze weather was higher;3,middle school students were not aware of the fog and haze weather,that is,In bad weather,the demand for physical education is still high;4,although the physical education teacher is not enough to the existing indoor sports teaching plan and teaching,but in the positive improvement of the content of indoor teaching,the enthusiasm of the middle school sports indoor teaching is high.In short,indoor sports teaching of middle school to be innovated and perfected in theory,mode and content,the adverse effects of haze weather caused the physical and psychological needs of students attach great importance to all sectors of society,through physical theories,indoor games,Muronai Ka,pranayama meditation,watch the events such as the development of indoor sports education of middle school students to develop a variety of ways.Good exercise habits,make body and mind get more comprehensive training in a variety of circumstances,in order to make a greater contribution in the construction of the society in the future.
