A Study On The Cultivation Of College Students' Innovative Spirit

The five development concept:Innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing which has been proposed in the fifth plenary session of the 18^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,innovation has become the core of nation development.Xi Jinping pointed out,only innovation can promote the development of soft and hard power,can enhance China's overall national strength.The five development concept is a new theoretical results which is the further development of Marxism.College students as the key object for national talent cultivation,shoulder the task of the future development and construction of the country.Today,under the era of innovation drive,whether they have a good innovation spirit,a large extent depend on,whether they can really complete the responsibility and obligation given by the state.Colleges are the main positions to cultivate college students'talents,it is incumbent on the cultivation of college students'innovation spirit.This article looks through a large number of related literatures,integration of different areas of the relevant theories,clarifies the theoretical basis of Marxism involved in cultivating the innovation spirit,clears up the innovation ideas of main leaders in our country,and finally find a favorable theoretical basis for the cultivation of innovative spirit of college students.Then linking closely to the theory and the current status of China's innovation spirit,affirm the achievements,point out the problem.That is the integrity of the process which cultivating college students'innovation spirit,it is inseparable from the stage of characteristics in the individual growth and development of college students,and having very close contact with family,college and society.Throughout the cultivation process,it is needing to overcome the limitations of this four factors.By strengthening the inherent quality of education for college students,constructing the innovation spirit education system in colleges,and putting efforts to create a culture of innovative atmosphere,in the finally,realize the original intention of the country to cultivate the innovation spirit of college students,and complete the ambitious goal of innovation talent pool for the national innovation driven.
