"Mass Entrepreneurship,All Innovative" Research On The Cultivation Of Innovative Spirit Of College Students In Shaanxi Under The Background

Innovation is the life of reform and opening up,development is the key to solving all problems in China,and development is inseparable from innovation.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that in the comprehensive reform of higher education in the new era,we must firmly implement the concept of "innovation is the first driving force,and talents are the first resource",facing the foundation,facing the industry,and facing the future,and fully implement the innovation-driven development strategy.At present,my country's economic development has entered a new normal,and our education has not been able to adapt to these new situations,new tasks and new requirements.Therefore,It is necessary to improve the quality of talents and lay a solid foundation for innovation.In the current context of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",we desperately need the spirit of innovation as the support of development.As the main position of talent cultivation,colleges and universities have a value that cannot be ignored for the cultivation of college students' innovative spirit.This article is based on Marx's philosophy of innovation and the theory of human development needs,as well as the Chinese Communist Party leaders' expositions on the spirit of innovation,combined with the talent training goals of ideological and political education,and the positioning of talent training,taking college students in Shaanxi as an example The research object collects data through questionnaires to explore the impact of innovation in schools,society,and individuals.The questionnaire survey results show that there are still some problems in the education content,education methods,and faculty of Shaanxi colleges and universities in cultivating the innovative spirit of college students.Some students lack the awareness of innovation,lack of innovation motivation,and insufficient knowledge reserves for innovation and entrepreneurship.In response to these situations,this article proposes to strengthen the construction of the innovative spirit cultivation mechanism from the three levels of society,schools and individuals.In addition to continuing to increase policy support,we can also try a policy guidance mechanism that encourages society,schools,to work together to cultivate an innovative spirit;at the same time,universities should proceed from their own characteristics,further improve teaching methods,promote diversified teaching systems,and improve the environment and facilities Conditions,actively guide and vigorously support innovation and entrepreneurship projects;individual college students should strengthen their own self-cultivation,shape a positive and bold character of exploration,and strengthen their innovative thinking ability in the development and change of the times.
