A Case Study Of Satir Family Therapy Model Intervention Of Adolescent Internet Addiction

The development and popularization of internet not only enrich people's life,but also produce many negative effects.Internet access by teenagers has become a common phenomenon in society.This group has been partly influenced by the Internet,especially Internet addiction,while obtaining many benefits from the Internet.This study adopts the method of case study to study the problem of Internet addiction of the victim Xiao Jie,excavate the personal and family reasons of Internet addiction,and use the family treatment mode of Satya to intervene and improve the main problem.The contact period diagnoses the victim's family,acquires the family rules and existing problems;the transition period helps the family members to recognize the existing problems and make changes through the family remodeling;the consolidation period helps the family members to obtain the consistent communication mode.Through the use of family remodeling,sculpture and other intervention techniques to achieve the following two objectives: first,to enhance the potential of the individual victim,improve self-esteem,so that individuals can be coping Second,to release the potential of the family,improve the family communication,to achieve the healthy development of the family system,with a view to providing strong support for the perpetrators to get out of the Internet addiction and grow up healthily.The conclusions of this study are as follows: the model of family therapy plays an active role in the intervention of Internet addiction,which can improve the personality of adolescents,meet the emotional needs and communication needs of adolescents.It can also improve the family environment and family function,change the bad family rules in the past and enhance the sense of self-worth of family members,so that the victim can get rid of Internet addiction and enhance his ability to cope with the future in the context of family support.
