Satir Family Therapy Applied To Explore The Case Theory Perspective

In today’s society, the modern family crisis:such as marriage crisis, family violence, parent-child challenge, youth drinking problem and the problem of adolescent sexual assault appeared frequently, which makes more and more people begin to reflect on the native family influence on individual development, also makes more and more people begin to pay close attention to the family therapy. The emergence of the modern family crisis, on the one hand, is harm to the individual mental healthy growth, the other side is more conducive to family and social harmony. This paper uses The Satir Model Family Therapy to study a case, which is a client who didn’t get the self consciousness healthy development in the early family experience, in order to solve specific problems, and at the same time try to search an effective treatment way for the similar family problems of the Chinese.This article mainly uses the qualitative research method in the process of research, including literature method, case method and interview method. The author used the depth interview to understand the client’s life and psychological dilemma, and used The Satir Model Family Therapy to check and anatomy the native family, helped the service object to recognize problems, which have important influence on the family event to reshape, then reproduce the scene at that time, which can help the service object untied knot, with a new view to look at herself and traumatic events, change the cognition of parents and rebuild the relationship with their parents, at the same time increase consciousness of self awareness, and reduce adverse response pattern influences.At present, the application and popularization of The Satir Model Family Therapy in China is still in the initial stage, and this study is an exploration of the Satir Model in practical application, which not only enriches the related research literature, also provides information and reference for further study on the later researchers. This study get the following conclusion: The Satir Model Family Therapy has certain help to improve the parent-child relationship, the client’s poor communication mode between family members is in the gradual change; have certain help to enhance the service object self-value, she can in a more healthy and energetic attitude face the past and the future life; have certain help to change the bad patterns of the client, and improve the detection of adverse response model for consciousness, and confirm the existing resources and capabilities.
