Tao Xingzhi is a great educator,an educational thinker and an educational reformer in modern times.In practice,Tao Xingzhi formed a unique educational thought with Chinese characteristics.In his education practice,he trained a large number of time elite and founded many famous schools.School is the most common and representative organization in a wide variety of educational organizations,so school management is the core of educational management research.A lot of research on the educational thoughts of later generations,but an important part of Tao Xingzhi's educational thought system of school management research is very rare,the lack of systematic reflection on the school management thought,the theory study of defects makes Tao Xingzhi school management thought the value cannot reveal.Reviewing the current situation,the problems in the process of school management emerge in an endless stream,and the persistent ills of traditional education still restrict the current education.In twenty-first Century,Chinese school management presents a Chichu state,and the public welfare of the original intention of school management and education are gradually draw further apart,meaning.Although the school management thought of Tao Xingzhi has been going on for nearly a century,it still has a strong contextual meaning for the management of schools in our country.Tao Xingzhi's school management thought and management practice will bring new enlightenment to people.This study combined with theoretical analysis of school management and education practice interpretation way from four aspects: first introduced the Tao Xingzhi growth environment,experience and background of the times,the history of the formation of the Tao Xingzhi School of management thought.The nourishment of traditional education is the germ of Tao Xingzhi's school management thought.The baptism of western culture promoted the development of Tao Xingzhi's school administration.The agitation of the times has promoted the sublimation of Tao Xingzhi's school management thought.Secondly,although the object of school management is all inclusive,it covers many information such as people,wealth,things,things,time and space.But education is,in the final analysis,the cause of cultivating people.Therefore,the management of people is the core issue of school management.Through the analysis of Tao Xingzhi's view of principal,view of teacher and view of students,the thesis will study the connotation of Tao Xingzhi's school management thought.Moreover,the thesis makes a thorough analysis of Tao Xingzhi's school management thought and sums up the essential characteristics of Tao Xingzhi's school management thought,which is of great practice,strong popularity and deep democracy.Finally,combined with the problems of contemporary education,the real value of mining Tao Xingzhi School of management thought,to inject vitality into the headmaster of the school management concept,provide a way for reference for the construction of equal and harmonious teacher-student relationship,bring valuable experience for the development of students' creativity.
