Research On The Causes,Effects And Countermeasures Of College Students' "Zhai" Phenomenon Under The Background Of Internet

The development of information technology has brought about a dramatic change in human society,with the network as the carrier of learning,work and consumption gradually become the mainstream of people's lives,it also spawned the "Zhai" phenomenon under the background of Internet.As the "native" on the Internet,contemporary college students are the main group of "Zhai" phenomenon in the background of internet,they are influenced by the "Zhai" phenomenon most deeply.The Studying the "house" phenomenon of college students in the background of Internet is not only conducive to deepen the understanding of "Zhai" lifestyle,which is a new way of life,but also can carry out targeted guidance for college students,promote their all-round development and provide some reference for colleges and Universities.On the basis of sorting out and referring to a large number of literatures,this research forms a preliminary understanding of the phenomenon of College Students' "Zhai" in the context of the Internet.Combining with the questionnaire survey,this research gives an operational definition to the "Zhai" phenomenon of college students in the Internet background,which is that students are habitual to a life style of staying indoors for a long time,mainly being engaged in network related with learning,communication,entertainment and shopping activities,refraining from going outdoors as much as possible.At the same time,the research analyzes the essence of this phenomenon,and points out it is not only a collection of multiple contradictions,but also the transition of college students' digital life to alienation.Then based on the reference of the previous literature,compiling the questionnaire <A survey on the phenomenon of College Students' "Zhai" under the background of Internet>,and using it to investigate about 800 college students,most of whom come from Chongqing.Since then,by analyzing the results of the questionnaire survey,the author further understand the current situation of the phenomenon of College Students' "Zhai" and analyze the causes of it from the aspects of society,school,family and individual.When studying the effects of this phenomenon,in order to achieve a more objective evaluation of the "Zhai" phenomenon,the research dissects the positive effects of this phenomenon starting from the overall situation and then analyzes the negative impact from the perspective of the comprehensive development of the college students.Finally,according to its causes and effects,the research puts forward countermeasures against the phenomenon of College Students' "Zhai" in the context of Internet from the social,school,family and individual four aspects.
