Research On The Comparison Of The National Digital Publishing Industry Base In Yangtze River Delta Region

As the digital publishing industry gets more and more attention from the country,the national digital publishing industry bases have been established all over the country to promote the development of digital publishing industry.Inevitably,in the process of building and development the national digital publishing industry bases have many problems,which wait for the government,the base and the relevant industry personnel to work together to solve.This paper treats four national digital publishing bases in the Yangtze River Delta region of the as the research object,collects the relevant information with the methods of literature research,comparative research and field investigation,and through the comparative analysis of advocacy,the internal and external environment of the park agglomeration,differentiation development,find their advantages and disadvantages and think of ways to solve the problem.First,it describes the background and significance of this research.From the setting up of Zhang Jiang national digital publishing base in 2008 to the formal operation of Qingdao national digital publishing base in March,2014,China has built 13 national digital publishing bases all over the country,forming a comprehensive layout with the bases of eastern coastal areas as the leading,the bases of Yangtze basin area as the core,and the bases of North China,central China,northwest,southwest regions as the radiation.The bases have made some achievement in the several years of development,but there are still some problems,which have hindered their further development.These studies have an overview of the 13 national digital publishing bases to study their common problems and put forward the corresponding measures to solve the problems.This paper uses comparative study method to reduce the scope of the study to the four national digital publishing bases of the Yangtze River Delta region and finds out the reason why these national digital publishing bases have a relatively good development to provide recommendations for reference for the development of other national digital publishing bases.Secondly,this paper made brief elaboration of the basic situation of the four national digital publishing bases in the Yangtze River Delta region,had a classification survey from the aspects of news reports and official website construction situation and perfection degree and analyzed their propaganda shortcomings of the lag;and had a classification survey and comparative analysis from the park inner environment of the base,including accommodation,catering,travel,entertainment,business,supporting facilities,to the traffic conditions of the surrounding areas of the park,including road transport,railway transport,water transport,aviation,subway,bus,urban light rail;it selected situation and the enjoyed preferential policies of the enterprises of the national digital publishing bases for analysis.From the settled status of enterprises,it can see the leading enterprises,enterprise related degree,the nature of enterprise and so on of the base.From the content of the enjoyed preferential policies,it can see that the governments around the world attach importance to the development of national digital publishing bases and OOactively cooperate with the formulation of the preferential policy to attract related enterprises to settle in the park,but at the same time the similarity of these policies and preferential degree are their disadvantages.Finally,through the advantages and disadvantages of the national digital publishing bases in Yangtze River Delta region,it proposed to construct and improve the base’s official website,strengthen their own propaganda;improve the internal and external environment construction of the park;improve the industrial chain of the base,promote the maximization of the industrial "agglomeration effect";determine the base’s main industry,implement the alienation development strategy and other policy advice and inspiration.
