In the era of rapid development of the Internet and strong rise of mobile Internet, it is the inevitable trend of the emerging industry that technology products service ordinary life. The development of Internet of things(IoT) has become a trend, monitoring system will be controlled in all areas.With the rapid development of wireless technology and mobile terminal equipment, wireless video monitoring system of intelligent mobile terminal is becoming hot and important direction in monitoring field. And with the emergence of wireless technology access, wireless video monitoring network problems have been solved. More and more technology take part in intelligent mobile terminal and diversification of intelligent mobile terminal promote the rapid development of mobile intelligence platform, which provides a way to solve the mobile intelligent video surveillance. According to the popular technology application and development, this article proposed video surveillance systems based on WiFi wireless transmission, and through android smart client terminal for remote control of the wireless surveillance program. And can through Android smart client terminal for remote control of the wireless monitoring.Starting from the technology of the project, through check out a large number of domestic and foreign research situation and development of video surveillance process, from the following aspects conduct research and demonstration:embedded development platform, wireless wifi technology, embedded video surveillance and acquisition technology, streaming media transmission technology, android platform application development technology and intelligent mobile video surveillance techniques. And achieve the following results:the embedded linux operating system based on arm platform, video streaming media real-time encoding transmission and client monitoring software based on the android intelligence platform etc. First, the paper analysis the structure and frame composition of wireless transmission agreement 802.11 transmission protocols; second, choice related wireless module according to ARM platform; then through bootloader transplant, Linux kernel transplant, root file system, camera drive transplant, the USB devices driver transplantation and other related devices driver transplant, particularly achieved wireless module for wireless driver; In the H.264 compression,using the three-step search algorithm to optimize the motion estimation and improve the compression rate, and to realize the threshold packet loss rate and code rate adaptive optimization for feedback control transmission; finaly, eventually build an operating system which can video surveillance. In the whole system, the data acquisition and transmission process run on the embedded systems based on arm, and the client of android connected to the WiFi signal that sent by the wireless module,then run the monitoring client software for real-time monitoring. At the end of the article, the entire system was tested and debugged by some experiments, and has carried on the analysis of the relevant parameters, the result of the test proves that the system satisfies the design requirement, to achieve program objectives.
