In order to meet the need of the development of the tobacco printing industry and enterprise information construction, using Hong Jin Long Printing Limited Company as the design goal, along with modern "lean production theory(LP)" and advanced mature information technology, combined with the production management characteristics of cigarette manufacturing enterprises,design and implement the plant production process control system based on MES to achieve the fine control requirements of the production process to put the information management technology on each production workshop line or even every kind of product, laying a solid foundation for the future development of the enterprise.This application software system use C# language, is based on C/S architecture,.NET framework, Winform and SQL Server. On the modern theory of lean production theory(LP) combined with the production management characteristics of cigarette manufacturing enterprises, design and analysis around the fundamental data, product management, plan management, production operation, workshop management, material management, equipment management of the eight core part of the workshop production activities. By extracting the real time data of each sub function module of MES system, collect and distribute production material to fast implement the fine management process of the workshop. In the enterprise, workshop layer LCD touch screen, the decision-making layer of PC terminal and MES production command system eventually formed a close information circle as a whole by LAN to realize the real-time information sharing.Flexible use of traditional layered pattern in.NET framework, through mutual coordination between the various functional modules, not only to achieve specific business needs, but also to meet technology needs of the synchronization between escalating enterprises and system functions. The practical data show that, by putting into use of the system, realizes the accurate product delivery, inventory buffer elasticity, adjusting production balance, planning control of the entire link, which greatly changed the traditional pass from mouth to mouth production management mode, optimize the cigarette package printing workshop production management process, greatly improving the job shop production efficiency and production quality. It has huge potential economic benefits and a certain popularization value in the industry.
