Development Of The Manufacturing Execution Management Information System In The Jiancheng Group Precision Processing Branch

With the rapid development of information technology,the human society is irreversible to the era of knowledge economy.It is an inevitable choice for modern enterprises to survive and develop in the tide of knowledge economy.Many enterprises through the construction of information system to strengthen the management,and comprehensively improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Manufacturing execution system(MES)is suggested the investigation of a large number of enterprises by the advanced manufacturing research institutions in the United States AMR in the 1990s,think in enterprise resource planning system(ERP)and process control system(PCS)in the middle of the position of executive known for MES,MES can be the actual data of the basic information of the system data and the theory of the factory to get a real-time database connection,and provides the function of communication between business planning system and manufacturing control system is used in the manufacturing of important information system.This paper built group finishing factory manufacturing execution system(MES)project implementation as an opportunity for the branch of the current state and inefficient management,through business research,combined with the management theory and method of optimization of advanced precision with branch business model,analysis of the formation of MES system,starting from the analysis results,the design principle of SOA and the technical standards for the framework,developed the design of specific functional modules,and the development of a MES system is reasonable and efficient in operation;the implementation of MES system,according to the operating condition of the system,scientific and reasonable evaluation on the implementation effect,in order to improve the production organization mode,enhance the management level of workshop.
