WeChat come out, lighted up the light of the mobile Internet era.The emergence of Wechat public platform and subscription account, have brought a unprecedented experience to the Internet, no matter internal or external. For the organization, based on millions of users of WeChat, with a high amount and high quality of content to reach audiences, attracting the audience to subscribe, so as to achieve the purpose of marketing or spread awareness; for the individual is to break through the difficulties encountered in the communication to the public of the individual, the mean of communication of one to many not only reduces the production cost of the user’s information, but also can maximize the value of the user.But increasing WeC hat public account is not a perfect product in the mobile Internet era. Through the analysis of the status quo of operation of WeChat public subscription number of "Tencent Da Xiang net", and the analysis of sample through literature research, content analysis, this paper draws the following conclusion:1. For the subject of communication, the relatively closed Wechat public platform makes the feedback mechanism is not perfect, it needs to rely on a large number of human resources for maintenance, that lead to high operating labor costs, so changing the traditional business thinking become a priority for the operation strategy; 2. WeChat public subscription number ’s daily operation is following the principle of "content is king", but most of the subscription number push content exists the phenomenon of plagiarism, Wechat subscription number is required to integrate the information content, for reducing the invalid information interference to the user; 3. In addition, with the purpose of brand promotion, the subscribe number usually doesn’t profit by the platform, resulting in the profit model of WeC hat subscription number increasingly blurred during operations, so we can try online and offline interactive activities combined to expand the profit space; 4, according to the communication object, through the statistical analysis of the operation data, that the subscription number in the daily operation will be adjust the strategy by subscription number fans’ attribute, including the number of push, the time and content of push, but by the limited WeChat public platform, it can not meet the needs of all objects, thus, the second development can be customized according to user needs, in order to achieve more targeted service, optimizing the experience.Throughout the paper we can see, WeC hat public subscription number gives people a new look, and it needs time to let the market to test whether it has ablitity to be a necessity and continued popularity that not replaced by new products. O nly with "operation status of Tencent Da Xiang net" as an example analysis as detailed as possible, having an overall grasp of the development path of WeChat public subscription number and hoping to generate a reference to other subscription number operation.
