| The library has many basic functions, one of which is the service. Whether service quality is satisfactory, whether service is perfect, whether the user on them from the library-acquisition service is satisfactory, are a key indicator to measure a library comprehensive ability and level. Today computer technology changes rapidly, the rapid development of the network, all of which produce great effect in the service function, scope of services and service methods. The demand of the user also gradually display diversified situation, and personality factors increase. All of which makes the function orientation and the prospect of university library undergo tremendousChanges.University library should improve their management level to adapt to the changes and requirements of internal and external environment.First, this paper reviews some theories, such as characteristics,content of service quality of library,and the evaluation model of LibQUAL+TM.It layes the theoretical foundation for the evaluation system of service quality of university library and establishment of service quality.Second, it analyzes and discusses the related index theory based on the goal of evaluation of university library service quality. Literature resources, access to the literature’s convenience, environment and facilities and librarian and service these four index belong to the evaluation index system. At the same time, this system also includes twenty-two indexes.Third, the comprehensive evaluation model of the service quality of university library is the difficulty of this research, the author adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to design it.Fourth, this paper uses empirical analysis to evaluate the service quality of university library.It makes the university library service quality evaluation system to verify its authenticity and operability. And it analyses the survey data, and summarizes the related suggestions to improve library service quality. |
