With the inseparable Development of the packaging industry, the composite machine is the main equipment of printing and packaging products after solving process.Dry laminating machine is film machine which combines two different composite materials after printing paste. Because of Our flexible packaging equipment mostly rely on foreign imports, many companies do not use advanced digital process.Studying on dry compound production processes and related technologies have an important significance in the development of flexible packaging processing industry.Segmented method is used for tension and temperature in this paper.In the production process of the copier, the tension is to control the focus of the winding system,which is an important performance indicator.Tension control is an important part of control system to ensure accuracy, while there is a strong coupling between the line speed and tension of materials that composite machine tension control and speed control is the main problem of this article.Dry compound is divided into four main areas which includes unwinding, coating,composite, winding. With the winding diameter of the volumes winding mechanism and the process of unwinding roll diameter changes in real time, the linear velocity of the material is difficult to control.This paper analyzes the relationship between the dry compound production process, researching materials and roll and tension on the production line and implementing agencies mathematical modeling, analyzing the disturbances in the production process,introducting of internal model control method and the tension controller design and simulation.The internal model control method for introducing a low-pass filter can suppress the influence of disturbances on the system, which improves the stability of the system.By designing and the construction of Hardware circuit as well as detecting means to detect the material tension, the feedback to acontroller that controls the actuator to the material line speed to be adjusted.In this paper, the development of a dry laminating machine tension control system is completed, which is mainly reflected in Completing with Omron PLC to control the core of the tension controller design; Designing the DC motor drive circuit and choosing DC motor driver control the DC motor speed.Completing system design software program preparation, the actual production can indicate tension controller to control system requirements with fast and stable tension control system as well as fast response, which optimizes the performance of the composite machine tension control system.
