Design And Implementation Of The Discrete MES Data Acquisition System Based On QR Barcode Technology

MES(Manufacturing Execution System) system is a real time information management system forworkshop production process. In the depth of integration of information technology and industrialization of the environment,the more and more manufacturing enterprises welcome MES system. Data is the base of the system, but also the basis for the development of enterprises, timely, accurate, reliable, and comprehensively data has become an important measure of modern enterprise information management. The MES system cannot do without the support of data inproduction control, resource scheduling, quality assurance, decision analysis and so on, so the data collection in MES system is the important content.Through the analysis of the domestic and foreign data collection, optimized scheme of data collection of barcode technology support,to improve the efficiency of data extraction and processing in the production process.Barcode technology is in 1920 s ' the development of new technology which has the function of data carrier, in 1970 s ' to develop advanced two-dimensional barcode, QR Code as a two-dimensional barcode representative, not only has the characteristics of high capacity, strong error correction, but also provides the development of the open interface, efficiently representation Chinese characters, is widely used by manufacturing enterprises in our country. Therefore, this paper studies QR Code RS error correction algorithm of barcode technology, prove its feasibility in production management in the process of data collection.Through the data collection scheme design of in Discrete MES system,set up the barcode data collection framework structure based on Discrete MES system, with the development tool VC6.0, The design of QR Code to read and write the software environment, in the hardware and software achieve Seamless integration between QR Code and MES system.MES system in this thesis of a machining workshop as an example, iscusses the application of bar code system in MES system login, task management, alarm management and other functions, in the optimization of the work process, improve work efficiency, on promoting informatization process play a decisive role.
