University human resource management system is an important platform conducive to the accurate and efficient management of human resource information. However, a school human resource management system involving such relevant information as attendance record, allowances, teaching performance, scientific research as well as other basic information is absolutely necessary, for each school of a university has its own management characteristics. Based on the characteristics and current situations of human resource management of School of Liberal Arts and Law of Tianjin University, the thesis conducts the design and implementation of a networking system for human resource information management at school level.A practical-oriented system in line with the actual demands of human resource information management of School of Liberal Arts and Law is studied by the thesis. Firstly, the function model of the system is designed through function demand analysis on management details. Besides, a detailed design of the overall framework and function modules of the system is realized on the basis of demand analysis. Secondly, with the help of J2 EE information platform and Rational Unified Process, the capture of functional demands is realized by Use Case. In addition, a specific description of the business functions of the system is provided through the Use Case Diagram of the Unified Modeling Language. Thirdly, the system of school human resource information management is designed as follows: a system framework involving UI layer, business layer and persistence layer is developed based on Spring and Hibernate. The integration and development of the system is realized by adopting the currently prevalent SSH, in which the MySQL database and JAVA language are used. The process design, database design, and function implementation of such function modules as human resource management, attendance management, allowance management, teaching management, scientific research management and system management, are included in the system. Finally, the web management system is implemented.Through test and trial operation, the design goals of the system are realized. The school human resource management system designed and implemented by the thesis will contribute to the improvement of the human resource management efficiency. Therefore, the study by the thesis offers certain application value for human resource information management.
