| JinZhou Petrochemical Corporation is the core enterprise of the CHINA NATIONAL PETROLEUM CORPORATION. There are more than 10,000 staffs in this enterprise. One of the most important departments is the measuring department; however their way of working in office is fully manual and low efficiency. Fortunately the Internet is developing fast and information technology has extended to every part of life. Implementing and developing the Paperless Office Management System becomes more and more important.In this dissertation, the Paperless Office Management System based on struts2 framework is developed through system analysis, system design and implementation stages. The system provides the following functions: account management, registration, logging, announcements issued, personal information, enterprise culture library, message management(writing messages, inbox, outbox). Administrators can register leaders and employees and at the same time administrators can issue announcements, upload files, send and receive messages. Leaders can upload and download files, send and receive messages, check announcements. Employees can upload and download files, check the announcements, maintain personal information and check messages.The system is based in the BS framework and designed with Struts2 framework, and expands the use of MVC design pattern. The system is divided into view layer, the control layer, the model layer and the database persistence layer. System development platform is J2 EE. The database persistent layer is designed and achieved with Hibernate framework.In this paper, based on the Struts2 development of the Paperless Office Management System will improve the system from the aspects of functionality, operation stability, data security and degree of user experience. This system has the following characteristics: perfect functions, convenient use and easy maintenance. It improves the efficiency of the office affairs. |
