In this thesis the design and implementation of YADA company production operating management system is discusses. This system is one of the important infrastructure platforms to support the company in high-end industrial pipe products manufacturing and aid the company developing towards precise and highly efficient manufacturing management with higher precision and reliability for complicated products.In this thesis the system software's design and programming implementation is presented in detail systematically according to the principles and techniques in software engineering with focuses on the following works. Firstly in accordance with YADA company's internal management business principles the application system's functional requirements are systematically established. To the functions of production tasks management, production materials management, production inventory management and production resource management, the transactions and related information needed to be processed are analyzed with the corresponding use-case models. Secondly the application system software's design is setup within the client/server framework and the major software components configurations, typical object constituents inside each module, the data processing algorithm's logic for typical objects and the system database design scheme. Thirdly the application software system is implemented with the matured algorithm language C# and SQL Server enterprise database on the distributed runtime environment platform of .NET.Through this application software's development the follow effects are setup. Firstly the enterprise's high quality manufacturing process is strongly supported, secondly the production operating cost is significantly reduced and the capital's efficiency is essentially raised with the aid of the system in precisely controlling the material inventory, and thirdly a reliable information platform is established for the enterprise's long-term development in high-end product manufacturing.
