With the rapid development of the science and technologies,the way of manufacturing process management and production data management are changing to technology-based management,the era of industry 4.0 has arrived.Smart factory is just one of the important contents of industry 4.0.This change driven by technology and data has gradually covered most factories in China.At present,many industries in our country are carrying out intelligent transformation on the production management mode of factories.There is a strong demand for new smart factories in the industry.It is imperative to develop an intelligent information management system of production process that is compatible with smart factories.The system transforms the traditional mode of human to goods into a new mode of goods to human.With the help of intelligent devices,personal work efficiency has been greatly improved which reduces labor costs.The staff in the factory can easily control the business process in the factory by simply operating the handheld terminal.Intelligent devices have replaced most of the manual labour and further improved the intelligent degree of factory production.Thus,this thesis designs and implements the intelligent information management system of production process under the intelligent manufacturing system,which provides server-side support for smart factory handheld terminals.According to the research on the structure chart of the factory and the production process inside the factory,the requirements of the system are analyzed.Based on the framework of SSM(Spring + Spring MVC + My Batis),five functional modules are designed and implemented,which are raw material warehousing module,raw material batching module,in-process flow module,warehouse inventory module and work order query module.Raw material warehousing module is mainly used to record raw material warehousing information and qualification testing results.The main function of raw material batching module is to provide sufficient raw materials for production line to product.In-process flow module is responsible for the management of the delivery of semi-finished products and finished products.Warehouse inventory module is responsible for material inventory in raw material warehouse and each buffer area.Work order query module includes plan task query,with which factory staff can query the information of all kinds of unfinished plan tasks.In addition,system architecture and server-side architecture are designed supporting high concurrency and high availability in this thesis for the situation that a factory works for eight hours at a high concurrent rate in a working day.The main strategy is to use Nginx server to manage application server cluster and load balancing at the same time.Ways like client optimization,network optimization and server optimization are used to prevent too many requests from hitting application server and database server at the same time,such as local cache,caching static files on CDN and Redis cache,so as to alleviate server pressure and to solve the concurrent problem of directly changing database data.At the same time,this thesis provides the function module design and database design of the intelligent information management system.In addition,this thesis provides a detailed business design of each functional module of the intelligent information management system,and then provides the implementation process of each module.Finally,this thesis tests the function and the performance of the intelligent information system.The system requirements are analyzed in detail,and test cases are written and executed for the function of each module to ensure that all functions of the system meet the requirements of the intelligent information system.The performance of the system is tested,and CPU occupancy rate of the testing results is analyzed to ensure that the system can run stably in the case of high concurrency.The intelligent production process information management system has been officially run in the factory,implementing downsizing for efficiency for the factory in terms of manpower cost,production efficiency,data accuracy and product quality.
