| In order to meet the request of all kind of manual transmissions which are used to being tested,this issue combined study on the manual transmission shift test bench,having designed a shift manipulator on transmission which has a function of automatic shift,date acquisition,human-computer interaction.This facility did well in human simulation during the shift process,moreover can make the shift persistently and more precise.It can also save the waste of manpower and cover the shortage of manual operation,which can enhance the transmission shift test’s efficiency and date’s veracity.As we can conclude that the research and development of automatic shifting manipulator is of great significance.First,this article analyzed the research result of shafting manipulator at home and aboard,made an initial development program which is according to the request given by national professional standard.We designed the manipulator basic structure with 2 degree of freedom after having a deep research on transmission structure and operating principle.We choose Siemens’ V90 serve moto system as the driving system of the manipulator which can work with the Siemens’ s 7 director to reach a high control accuracy.Speak of the programming part,we make a program who has standardization,shifting,choosing gears,going back to original point functions.This function realized by manual and automatic operation.In order to let PLC director make a communication with the upper computer,the OPC(OLE for Process Control)technology must be used in this system,so that the function of human-computer interaction can be achieved well.After finishing testing of equipment,a test with the shafting manipulator and the manual transmission shift test bench was finished,the date came from this test was analyzed making a conclusion that this shafting manipulator can support multiple functions,moreover manual shifting can be simulated successfully,which means the shift manipulator is enforceable. |
