| This paper presented a new technology of radio frequency memory called Digital and Analog Mixed Radio Frequency Memory. The principle of this new technology is to storage the jamming signal with wide instantaneous bandwidth, short delay time and limited number of transmitting which is provided by Analog Radio Frequency Memory, in the working time of the ARFM, quickly start the limited bandwidth Digital Radio Frequency Memory circuit and storage the threaten signal.When the system got the Demand command to jamming radar, Digital Radio Frequency Memory will transmit the modulating signal to the transmitting antenna. Digital and Analog Mixed Radio Frequency Memory combined the virtue of Analog Radio Frequency Memory And Digital Radio Frequency Memory, it can save radar signal for a long time and the jamming signal with wide instantaneous bandwidth,short delay time and high number of transmitting.Based on the working principle and performance feature of DRFM and ARFM technology. The paper drew the conclusion about merits and demerits of DRFM and ARFM technology, and built a hypothesis of the new technology. The paper not only presented the circuit configuration of the new technology of radio frequency memory, but also analyzed the principle of Digital and Analog Mixed Radio Frequency Memory in detail. Through compared the main trait of digital and Analog Radio Frequency Memory with DRFM and ARFM the paper analyzed the performance feature of Digital and Analog Mixed Radio Frequency Memory.Based on analyzed the storage procedure of the LFM signal in Digital and Analog Mixed Radio Frequency Memory and finally did the simulation about jamming application to verify this new technology. |
