Radar counter is often faced with a wide frequency band,large field of view,complex aliasing of the electromagnetic environment,which requires the counter equipment a good performance on information transmission and storage.Therefore,the study of radar frequency memory technology is also an important part of radar counter.In the case,based on ARFM(Analog Radio Frequency Memory)and DRFM(Digital Radio Frequency Memory),this paper studies a mixed frequency memory technology which contains both DRFM and ARFM.The technology not only has the advantages of large bandwidth and short delay of ARFM,but also has the advatages of long storage time and many jamming patterns.Its working principle is to use optical fiber to trasmit and store analog signal in a short period of time,which aims to form multi-false target jamming,and during the time the DRFM’s local oscillator has been tuned,after which the fiber channel provides input signals for the digital channel.After this,DRFM begin to store the threaten signal and transmit the jamming signal.In this paper,considering the system transceiver conditions,it improves the system’s transceiver isolation to use the measure of sensitivity-transmitter power control technology,and the performance of the system has been analyzed.This paper first introduces the principle of transceiver isolation technology and analyzes their respective advantages and disadvantages.Combined with the principle of ARFM,the working principle of the feedforward and feedback circuit of optical fiber radio frequency memory is analyzed,and the system is improved with the technology of transceiver isolation,whose performance is analyzed.Then it introduces the working principle of DRFM and the transceiver isolation technology in DRFM whose simulation is carried out.Finally,the working principle of mixed radio frequency memory of both the fiber and the digital is studied.Combined with the transceiver isolation technology,the temporal isolation and the principle of constant power of the mixed system is studied.And compared with ARFM and DRFM,the performance of the mixed system is analyzed.
