With the rapid development of wireless communication technology and great popularity of high-tech electronic products, industrial production and human activities exacerbate the impact on the radar working environment, and space electromagnetic environment become further complicated and serious. Facing with various targets appear in the radar monitoring space, we can accurately obtain the target speed, distance, azimuth and other parameters by using a series of signal processing technology, such as pulse compression, coherent integration, clutter rejection and so on, to achieve the purpose of target detection. However, when the multi batch or high density target emerge, performing target detection singly could not fully meet the need of practical work, we should use the relevant algorithm to achieve radar data processing based on the results of real-time processing of radar signal processing system, establishing the target tracks dynamically and accomplishing the real-time and stable tracking of multiple targets in the radar monitoring space.This paper relies on a ground information radar research project, and regards AD sampling and timing of the control board and CPCI201-8 signal processing board as the main bodies to build radar signal processing subsystem platform, not only gives detailed introduction of the structural characteristics and resources distribution of the platform, but also discusses the implementation process of radar signal processing algorithm. Then, this paper designs corresponding software or hardware testing methods based on the structure of the two hardware boards, and writes and debugs the test code to complete functional test of some important module of the boards. It also gives specific analysis and solutions for the problem existing in the board, to ensure reliability and stability of the subsystem platform in the realization of the relevant radar signal processing algorithms.When simulating and designing the radar data processing system, this paper first simulates and generates a mass of clutter data and track data of a plurality of moving targets over a period of time based on the Matlab simulation environment. And we use the "2/2 " logic to achieve the track initiation process. We realize the processing of trace points associated with the track by using the nearest neighbor method with the wave gates when the new trace point of targets emerging. For successfully related trace points, we use Kalman filter to obtain the smoothing results, and to achieve constantly update of reliable track. It also achieves the track demise process if track is non-updated for many times, ensuring that targets track displayed in terminal conform to the realistic situation. Finally, we use the data from the actual research project as the input of radar data processing system, and successfully get a plurality of reliably track of real targets after processing it, proving that the radar data processing system designed by this paper conforms to the actual requirements. At the basis of completing the simulation of radar data processing algorithm, this paper gives the engineering design to achieve radar data processing based on the constructed radar system platform, and lays a good foundation for the next step of engineering implementation.
