The importance of “speech communication” is very obvious since its emergence till now. In modern media times, language is an important career in TV program;information has to be conveyed through language, and from the perspective or the characteristics of “speech communication”: firstly, the time-delay of “speech communication” can be expanded because of the development of media technology.Now, the information dissemination can be realized through software like wechat, this kind of software can store voice message and realize the dissemination of voice message without the presence of the communicators on scene. Secondly, the coverage of interpersonal communication is expanding significantly, which makes out communications media more diversified. Lastly, the diversified forms of expression of“speech communication: makes the dissemination of information more convenient and efficient. The “speech communication is more direct and convenient, while voice is can reflect personal characteristics better than written message. It is obvious that the convenience and directness of “speech communication” are matched up with the development tendency of mobility. With the development of modern electronic media,the distance and radius of language dissemination is expanded unlimitedly.In modern society, our daily socializing is carried out through information disse mination with language, and the value of “word of mouth” is reflected more on TV m edia, the language program is a very important carrier for information dissemination i n TV media. In these programs, there are common characteristics, that is, regardless o f how attracting the sound, light and color, information must be conveyed through lan guage. So, “mouth of word” matches the demands of the modern society best. After al l, the information dissemination through language is a more direct and simple way, an d it also reflects the characteristics of the information. The author also paid attention t o the characteristics of “word of mouth” in modern society while studying this kind of information dissemination. At present stage, “word of mouth” has avoided the situati on that one forget what he said or have to communicate with others in person. Nowad ays, interpersonal communication and information exchange can be realized through a udio software like Wechat and QQ, which can save the message. Then, information di ssemination can be realized in different regions and different situations with informati on conveying and redemption. Besides, with the development of network technology,information dissemination can be more diversified and the information converge is br oader, while the communication restriction become lesser. Certainly, it shall not be ne glected that the expression methods of “word of mouth” is more diversified, and the in formation dissemination is more intuitional, simple and convenient. In conclusion, “w ord of mouth” is convenient, direct and high efficient, which conforms to the tendency of information dissemination in modern media times. It can be understood that the res trictions of “word of mouth” has been removed with technology, and the quantity of a udiences increased significantly. In this way, the advantage of “word of mouth” has i mproved significantly. Because of the influences of social advancement, language pro grams show in TV programs continuously. After analyzing this situation, the author fo und the original language program “Super Speaker” in Anhui Satellite TV is outstandi ng among numerous language programs, and has achieved the recognition of the socie ty and public praise.Besides, considering of the current situation of “speech communication” in the domestic and foreign researches, we can tell that “speech communication” is the starting point not the end point for researches, so it is the beginning not the ending. “speech communication” concerns how to help others to realize the socialization and self-improvement with “speech communication” and information dissemination behaviors, and how to help the society to establish a more high-efficient, scientific and effective communication and negotiation mechanism. The western researches on “speech communication” started very early, and TV programs based on speech communication are diversified. The political, economic and cultural situations in China are different from Europe and American. Thus, China shall learn from the advantages of others to improve the programs in the process to develop TV program and even courses of “speech communication” based on the “speech communication” experience in the west. The construction of “speech communication” subject is urgent, but the research on “speech communication” is a blank area in the present researches, so it is an urgent need to develop the education of “speech communication” based on the teaching directions of master degree and doctor degree. Case study of “Super Speaker” is needed with the research method of “speech communication”, so as to provide important references for the domestic research on “speech communication”.Since the running of the program on August 1st 2013, two seasons of Super Speaker have completed well. Being as the first original competitive reality show of the new language in China,Super Speaker not only performs a good beginning for the original brand of Chinese TV program,but arouses a new review of the “speaking” power among people. Professionally, success and out-standing of Super Speaker are based on the rational application of characteristics of the speech communication, which can be taken as an example of speech communication under TV context.Thus, the author will carry out research on the Super Speaker in the paper and come up with valuable viewpoints and measures, which will be the positive reference for the follow-up practices of speech communication.
