| With powerful data processing capability and rich on-chip resources,Digital signal processor(Digital Signal Processor, DSP) is widely used in many areas of aviation, military, communications and other; however,DSP chip will appear unstable and running inefficient symptoms in harsh environments,and can not guarantee whether finish the normal tasks; so the DSP testing laboratories in different environments more and more attention of domestic and foreign researchers; DSP test experimental system is designed to detect operating condition of DSP chips in harsh environments and feedback test results.TMS320C6701 DSP of TI company is selected as the research object, by testing the electric parameters and function modules to verify the influence of the high-energy particles to the DSP chip.Through the study of the status and significance of DSP test experiments,and the analysis of all test demands on the basis of reference the test method of domestic and foreign, various demands in the hardware platform, driver and PC applications are proposed, and the system can be divided into the offline system and the online system, which the offline system mainly test the stability of each function module after the DSP chip is radiation, and the online system mainly real-time detection performance changes in the process of DSP in the harsh environment.In this thesis, the hardware platform has carried on the detailed introduction, each module design scheme is given, and Altera H3C120-V6 FPGA are adopted as the main controller and TI TMS320C6701 DSP as the object under test;Then the communication protocol of the PC and the FPGA control system is proposed, and the function code of each function test module is designed;Last it discusses the software design and implementatio of DSP unit test, including the host interface(HPI), external memory interface(EMIF), multi-channel buffer serial port(Mc BSP), internal memory, kernel test;wherein the host interface is the focus of this system, it is not only responsible for the offline system to deal with communication problems of FPGA and DSP, and for line system to meet remote control demands of the long-term transmission;And at the same time it presents a test method of each module, process, and the test results.Through the design and implementation of test system for C6000 series DSP, as well as strictly test the electric parameters and function module of the testing system, the feasibility of this system and the scalability of this test experiment can be verified; The testing experiment has played a certain reference role for other types of DSP chip and the effect of microelectronic device. |
