After decades of development and progress, the technology is becoming more and more mature. Today, the decentralized control system is widely used in our country, especially in the thermal power plant. With the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength, scientific and technological progress, the domestic DCS has also been rapid development, the technical level has reached the international advanced level. Therefore, our country more and more thermal power plant uses the high performance price ratio is higher in the domestic DCS. Hollysys as domestic DCS leader, after nearly 20 years of steady development, has become a well-known brand in the field of automation, is more and more used in thermal power plant..Decentralized control system is the key equipment of thermal power plant, and it is related to the safety and stable operation of the unit. With the improvement of automation level of thermal power plant, DCS plays an increasingly important role.Hollysys MACSV system is implemented by Hollysys company for many years DCS system development and industrial automation engineering, in summing up the industry user comments and suggestions, the most advanced technology based on the advanced control algorithm of mature launched. Study of Hollysys MACSV system systematically, and promote its effective operation, is the key to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power plant. So it is a technical problem to be solved in the development of thermal power plant to improve the security of MACSV system.Through access to relevant books, journals and the Datang Qingyuan Thermal Power Co., DCS system related data were analyzed from four aspects, and summarized a comprehensive and systematic study of the application of MACSV system in Datang Qingyuan Thermal Power Co. Ltd. in. First of all, in-depth analysis of the composition of the Datang Qingyuan thermal power company MACSV system,software, hardware and network structure, to understand the system of Hollysys MACSV system; then the logic configuration of MACSV system, summed up the typical logic interlock protection main auxiliary equipment in power plant, and according to the problems of logic optimization, have very strong the reference value for other power plant DCS system logic; and then combined with the actual operation situation of Datang Qingyuan Power Company Limited since the commissioning period since, summed up the routine maintenance of DCS system is feasible involume, and according to the typical problems often encountered in operation,analyzes the common faults of DCS system, put forward the corresponding solutions and has guiding significance to the stable operation of DCS system in power plant and field maintenance, strong practicability; finally Datang Qingyuan Thermal Power Co.,Ltd. a few important technological transformation projects, research and analysis of the DCS system after the transformation of a series of amendments to solve the problems that may arise in the process of transformation, summed up the method of DCS system transformation and attention, to provide reference for the power plant DCS system transformation, has a strong practical value.
