With the popularity of Internet technology and the growing demand of individual customer on information service, people rely more and more on computer, communication and consumer electronics products(3C products) in their daily life and their process of learning. Therefore, requirements also increase rapidly on the solutions of various problems occurred in using software built-in equipments. The system, which is the object of research presented in this paper, aimed at based on windows operating system, to provide users with including virus protection, system optimization, as well as artificial service request online access, to provide customers with efficient, economic and reliable customized services.By comparing and analyzing the concept of design and business model of all the mainstream anti-virus and optimization tools on windows operating system in the market, the paper set up some system development goals different from those of like products, which would make our product user-friendly and may well meet our client's business requirements. The object-oriented development method we adopt in system analysis, design, and implementation process is completely client-oriented.The overall structure of the system contains three parts: the client part, the seat part and the server part. The major methods we adopt to meet the business requirement are as follows: by integrating into the related API of Avira antivirus engine; by realizing end-to-end joint of application level with all existing online customer service system of our client; and by making effective use of all other existing resources. As for the implementation part, by drawing on the experience of the best practice of applied quick development, assimilating the functions of mainstream like products and following the development trends of the hardware, we create such functional assembly as dynamic adaptation to different DPI display devices, remote computer control and active defense of malicious files. Moreover, we exceed the like products by establishing our policy of releasing the new edition of our product with a regular interval of two weeks.System testing is given priority to with the black-box method, through the beta release, pre-release and final release three stages of the acceptance test procedure as far as possible, avoid the problem in the final release version. The process lays a sound basis for future improvement of any subsequent systems.
