The Design And Implementation Of Party Building Information Management System For Beijing Chaoyang

With the endless stream of advanced technology, networking is becoming increasingly popular, In terms of managing a lot of data have been instead of the traditional paper-based management model, from the way of paper-based manage to the information management style.According to this trend, the Chinese Communist Party is changing the traditional internal managementand practice modern ways.In this paper, we mainly discussed the design and development process of The Party Building Information Management System for Beijing Chaoyang, major in the analysis of demand and supply. In system development, firstly, we should first investigate the basic needs of grassroots party organizations of Chaoyang District for the system design, and then carried on the thorough analysis, we used hierarchical design method to realize the system function, simultaneously designed the database tables which are involved. At last, during the testing of the system, once problems are detected, be revised to ensure the smooth progress of the entire development work to achieve.The Chinese Communist Party information management system within the party of Beijing Chaoyang, for this system to use Java programming, and using JSP dynamic web development technology to develop tools background, so the system is capable of storing data persistently, and use SQL SERVER 2005 to manage data.Meanwhile, for the data management, in order to store persistent information, for the security concerns, we used role-based rights management to ensure the safety of all types of information,enhancing security of system running system design requirements interface is simple, functional menu at a glance, set party member information input, query, statistics, analysis, print statements in one. Information import and export fast, easy to share, the system is easy to learn, easy to use, efficient and powerful processing.After completion of system design, this series of test work, the various functions of the system could met the requirements of Chaoyang district well. The system mainly implemented the management of party members’ information from website, information of Party Organizations Management, but also could manage settings, membership dues, activities and so on.Through the continuous improvement of these modules, users of grass-roots party organizations to provide convenient, timely and efficient service,to avoid the shortage of staff, large task errors and other phenomena,it can help improve the efficiency of primary party organizations, and through the management system we could to the members of which each party organizations at the primary party to conduct a comprehensive real-time information management effectively.
