With regard to storage and currency of case datum, the way is still manual input, so that it cause that the computer input and statistics are isolated.so the result is the management of medical records is the waste of time and labor. Meanwhile, the information is not complete, with the development of modern medical level, it is eager for the modern management of medical records.To achieve the goal, we design the Beijing hospital medical management system to make the management of medical records efficient, during medical management, how to manage the medical information is so significant. As soon As doctor concerned, by the medical record understanding history of the patient so as to put forward effective treatment guidelines and recommendations, so as to inheritance and orderly treatment gets the best curative effect of the necessary conditions. On the other hand, through the safety, standardization, science, and quickly establish, maintain, use the medical record, can realize the value of the use of the hospital medical record, and accumulate rich medical record information and provide a good condition for the doctor’s pathological analysis.Design and research of hospital medical record management system and realize the aims for manual operation and single computer input combined with the traditional medical record management mode has low efficiency, lack of enough flexibility shortcomings, but with the continuous expansion of the hospital and the number of different needs, the traditional manual operation and single computer to input the data of medical record information query, storage, circulation use manual writing card or registration of the completed forms, and computer and statistics in long-term separation of the situation, causing frequent duplication of work, heavy workload, low efficiency, and preservation of the data is not complete, not completely meet the development level of medical now. To achieve the effective management of the medical record, the hospital medical record management system is designed.
