CCD is widely and deeply, profoundly affecting all areas of production and life. In the field of laser and CCD interaction, certain energy density of laser irradiation may cause CCD parameters degradation or function injury. Locating the injury location and damage of concrete structures, are necessary for the study on the mechanism of interaction between laser and CCD. Factors such as the CCD chip size and packaging, destructive methods may cause man-made damages to CCD, thus affecting the study of damage mechanism. In recent years, CCD imaging modalities are used for CCD damage analysis and research. While a photographic image is from a series of complex and irreversible process of implementation,the final image is rendered through a complex encoding, although you can be sure of positioning analysis, but damage results cannot be measured quantitatively. Therefore, it urgently needs to design and develop a system for measurement and analysis of CCD damage.This article firstly introduces the current development and application of CCD test system, a detailed description of the CCD chip of microstructure, imaging theory, the key performance parameters and damage detection theory. On this basis, optical systems and electrical systems cooperated, a single point of scanning measurement used, optoelectronic measurement technology, embedded technology and virtual instruments technology used, via measuring key parameters of CCD such as the dark current characteristics and spectral responsivity, quantitatively analyzed damage results of array color CCD, designed and implemented a CCD damage detection system based on Camera LINK interface. This thesis develops a hardware platform and software procedures relating to the preparation, by changing the light radiation intensity, system debugging display light signals of properly collected. Dynamically change the test light wavelength, and damage analysis of incoming PC pixel signals, get better results and achieve the expected goals of the subject.
